Hi, I gave contract to construct my duplex home of total area 3050sft @2000 rs per sft which includes elevation( slab area added extra ) , compound wall with 15feet gate, building approvals, soil filling , borewell, vacant land tax, and everything except false ceiling and woodwork . Add 10 lakhs more for it and it's like 2400rs per sft for individual homes. For apartments u can make it for 1600rs per sft

If you buy materials for construction by yourself & not through contractors or builders, definitely you can complete your house construction within 20lakh to 25lakh as she said in this video, and you have to consider extra costs also, about extra costs she has explained well in latest videos.
