The amber collection raptor/dilo for example blows the Hammond collection version out of the water

It was released it's just that. There haven't been any restocks of the figure since many Target locations are clearing old figures to make way for new releases.

Pachycephalosaurus, jp3 male Velociraptor, Geosternbergia and Ankylosaurus so far.

Just because it may be an upgrade over something terrible, doesn't mean it's actually good. The Rex was really good, a few silly bits like the feet, but overall, lovely details like glass eyes, paint application and scheme and the sculpt. Almost like a collectors model yet still a toy - they should do this level of detail on ALL the Hammond collection.

Unfortunately, Budget exists, so Mattel tends to put more paint apps, etc on the larger figures since parts of them are easier to see while the smaller figures are harder to see. What I mean is that, ppl can easily notice nail paint, for example, on a larger figure but tend to not notice it much on a smaller figure

@@AtrociCollector Yeh, get that, but that's what I originally meant, I'm sure people would be willing to pay a bit more for figures with those extra details - as is, it feels cheaper, like the standard version because they skimped in obvious areas 🤕

This IS an adult collectors line. It’s so goddamm hard to satisfy ppl nowadays. Mattel does care about their fans. If they did not, then why did they bother giving us a bigger trike? They could have js gave us their 1267th T-Rex but no, they actually put in effort to give us what we fans want. Stop being so ungrateful

@@AtrociCollector yeah they put so much effort to give us figures with the wrong design, shitty articulation, and poor paint schemes. Look at what McFarlane toys is able to do for instance. And i'm not just complaining about Jurassic, it's the same with MOTU and other lines.

The CEO of Mattel even mentioned that in Jurassic World’s Beyond the Gates episodes on yt. The paint is decent if not good. Ppl like u are js not contented with anything. Even if Mattel blows their budget and becomes homeless js to create an extremely accurate dinosaur figure for u, u would probably js throw it in the trash and say that it’s not good enough
