Just ordered this Mazda CX8 Facelift 2.5l turbo AWD model in pearl white as it gives me the best bang for the buck, especially as I am retired now. It used to be that I would prefer German cars to Japanese cars if it comes to premium models. But in the last few decades of driving, I've started to change my mind. Yes, Germans cars have that premium feel and technology that only Lexus and Infiniti models can touch. But their main achilles heel is their reliability. I used to own a BMW X5. First few years, drove like a dream SUV. However, after a few years, we started getting electrical issues, which soon spread to engine issues. It go so bad that every morning when I start the car, I would wonder what warning light would flash up informing of another problem, be it engine or electrical. We finally sold it off but surprisingly at a decent value as the BMW cache was still important enough for the buyer! We bought a Lexus RX450 hybrid. Although that had many electrical wiring due to its hybrid engine and batteries, I can safely say that it never gave us any problem whatsoever. Started every morning without a hitch and just drove you in silence and comfort, without any worry. I've also own and drove a Skoda Kodiaq which is a rebadged VW SUV but built in the Czech republic. Really value for money as it has all of VW bells and whistles with VW reliability, but not VW pricing. I really think that VW reliability is way better than BMW reliability.
Used to have a Mazda 8 at home, it runs on 2.3L pre-skyactive tech, 1L usually go 7-8km (mostly 7-ish), it was a good car but the fuel consumption is one of its biggest weakness
Frankly for me CX8 has overall and good quality interior. They trend into luxury quality worth paying with now turbo charger engine. Design overall conservative since CX-5.Not bad. For me I have 8 cars all different car makers with 3 Asian makers of the total . Best buy Japanese overall satisfaction. Enough managing high end EU cars😅
Tai boss can you feedback to bermaz. Most customer want full spec but 7 seater or 6 seater with pathway. We don’t want full spec with pilot seat Leh. 😢
Is there anyway to install bose system by our own? As 11 : 58 you mention there is a ready hole for centre speaker ? anywhere we can buy the original bose system set?
mazda is good all is soft touch but toyota all is hard plastic but have some soft touch but is not good than mazda lah so if me mazda and toyota i prefer to buy mazda cx5
