You guys have a great friendship! I love these types of videos... it's crazy how difficult some fragrances are to identify (even some notes) when you're flying blind. Nate is definitely the Charles Dickens of the frag community, who was made famous for his very down-to-earth portrals about humanity. Hope Nate's nose was ok after taking such a beating! 😄 Smelling stuff is one thing, but the focus it takes to analyze and try to guess what it is can be extraordinarily taxing. Sipping water in between nosefulls really helps!

@@ParagonFragrances Just razzing you. For example, I play music, and if a buddy asks me what I think of a new song, I wouldn't say, "I think the intro starts in D major then shifts to B major. No wait, B minor I think. Then I think the chorus modulates to the 5th and repeats 4 times before crescendoing on the Major 7th chord. " My friend: Haha. First you just try to connect and describe the basics, like how does it make you feel, the framework. Then once you get connected to it the technicalities will flow out from the basic observations. You're doing fantastic work my friend!

Haha nice. Don't try to pinpoint exact notes right away. Just get a general feel for the smell at first. Sweet, Fresh, Citrus, Fruity, Earthy, Green. The list goes on lol. You're making it very hard on yourself trying to guess exact notes 🎉 Good job. I love both channels!
