2023: More Coal Empties at Shenandoah Junction, WV 

A familiar sight, although also growing less common, coal empties head back west at Shenandoah Junction, WV.
Now, these are coming from CSX's Curtis Bay facility in Baltimore, months before the MV Dali incident with the Francis Scott Key Bridge that has impacted coal exports (among many other port activities) from Baltimore.
