I've seen another video tour of a house with an in-law suite. The realtor suggested using it as a short-term rental. The Rep told them thats not allowed. I'm not sure how it works in that community, but I'm guessing its similar and probably the reason they removed the exterior door.

DR Horton builds nice houses. I've toured them. But only on small 10000sqft lots. They won't build on your lot either. They don't make mods of the floor plan.

I pay 2300 mortgage without taxes and insurance I put down 180k my house was 540k this was 2 years ago in the dip now my area over 800k ...my taxes are around 7k and insurance around 3k hope this helps I'm in Miami

@@zooiekicksWhy I moved out of Miami, I moved there in 1988, fast forward 2022 I was slowly being squeezed out, new construction everywhere, stop and go traffic, honking horns, all day, it was not livable anymore. 1972 built condo, me watching Champlain towers go down, scared me shitless. I sold my condo in 44 days, bought a 1/4 acre 3/2 1 car in Central Florida and had money left over to upgrade my new home. No HOA, low taxes, low traffic, and peace of mind

Please too much talking during the videos. Just the spec’s and price. Way too much talking in each room of the houses. Makes it hard to continue watching your videos. We love you but we don’t need the obvious pointed out in every room.
