All sound lessons, as I'd expect, but #2 really resonated with me this year. I was taking longer than I should with my dissertation, and there was a session put on by my department in 2022 where someone came in to offer us tips on how to approach dissertation writing. I decided to use the approach she suggested and started making progress on my dissertation, to the point that I finally finished this year. I sent her an email to say thank you, and that her session was very helpful. She said very few people ever come back to say thanks and she deeply appreciated it. So I offer my example to support what you said. That when someone helps you, and you attain the result, let them know that their efforts bore fruit. You just might make someone's day.
I learn by not getting angry to any provocation and always stay happy. From reading the good book the Bible and sacrifices. Am more happy than the passed years of everything a struggle
Go on google and search for conferences in your field of study. You can also search for organizations in your field. Those organizations usually have yearly conferences.
