Great review, I like it! My Merida eOne-Sixty 575 has been great for both off-road rough stuff while hauling equipment, and also big supermarket runs, both using the Burley Travoy. It's rated for total weight 140kg (leaves me 40-50kg load hauling capability). What's the load hauling rating for that Turbo Tero?
Thank you! The pannier rack in the rear can take 20 kg and an optional front rack can take 10 kg, so the cargo limit is 30 Kg. The bike itself has got a system weight of 136 Kg, so if you are a lightweight rider I guess you can fill a backpack with groceries too. 😎
It's near Gothenburg, Sweden. Only 60 vertical meters but complete with lift, 10 official trails of which a few are quite demanding. They made the most out of that little hill! kesbergetbikepark.wordpress.com/hem/
Which bike is better for advanture rides, this Tero X vs Vado 3.0 IGH Belt drive? I giving a big acsent on Belt drive, i believe belt drive way better, however would love to hear opinions. Thank you
Depends on where you will ride. For asphalt/gravel/fire roads- Vado. For more demanding trails - the full susp Tero, which really is a MTB, is better suited.
superbike. Quality workmanship, great optics. balanced setup, super natural engine that gives enough power. You can do just about anything with this bike. I love it
I bought Terro x 4.0 We don't have 5.0 and 6.0 for sale with my height. One thing that confuses me is that there may not be enough torque. My weight is 110 kg
Between the Vado SL as a city commuter stretching itself to do gravel/routing, and this Tero bike being an MTB stretching to do commuting+touring... which one would you recommend? what range did you get, and is it easy to ready with the battery off given the weight...?
I would not ride the Vado SL on gravel at all. Asphalt only imho. The regular Vado would work on gravel though with bigger tyres and a sturdier build. The Tero X is more allround and I think it would work for commuting too, maybe with different tyres. I wouldn't ride it without the motor off. I think there is a HT version of the Tero as well.
@MacGoreth My very first bike review was actually a R&M Superdelite! All filmed with a Samsung Galaxy S7. 🤣 Very cringe to watch now... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bJSJacU4f1o.html
I wouldn't say that. This Brose motor is one of the most quiet motors on the market, but Gopros seem to amplify that specific frequency. I experience the motor quieter in reality.
