I listened and followed the address carefully and attentively but I failed to get how (practical solutions) the president intends to solve various issues that the country is facing. Instead he talked much about loadshedding. In every point (issue) raised, loadshedding has to be talked about. He talked about rooftop solar system but didn't talk about the financial impact (where will the government get the money to finance the project) I expected the president to bring out a challenge/problem then counter it with the practical solutions he intends to use other than bringing out solutions which either affect negatively on the already suffering solution or may not be achievable in the near future

This speaker is a million times better than Baleka.

Put all that billions into a solar panel and battery factory which are funded by the government and make it possible for every South African to be energy independent by selling quality cheap solar panels and batteries to everybody, then concentrate on fixing existing infrastructure for industry like the existing power grid and rail network. Lock up infrastructure thieves for 25 years.

And the issues raised are ethical and reasonable, the pala-pala issue involving dollar currency at the president's farm is a very serious issue, he should long have step aside from his duties until cleared, he has a deputy to stand for him. The president should not be in office until he is cleared -- the allegations are being investigated, and the man investigated is commander in Chief................is he not conflicted...?
