He’s gonna hate it after a while. I did for my Camry TRD it got extremely annoying later on. I recommend putting a magna flow or borla resonator. I went magna flow and it sounds so much better now.
That setup wouldn’t even be possible. It runs a similar setup to Honda where the manifold is integrated into the head and has pre-cats. Plus running a dual exhaust with two pipes wouldn’t be possible due to space constraints. It does need at least a resonator in the middle though. It’s too raspy.
@@baljesus4596thank you!!! These cars are very overrated. Me and my wife test drove one, and the salesman bragged about how fast they were. I put it in sport mode and was very disappointed. My wife was in her 2013 Sonata 2.0T and we did a quick race from a dig and her car got me from the start and I couldn't catch up.
@BrownBomber92181 Dang, gotta respect that real experience 💯 ! Even though I'm totally down with Hyundai/Kia I would still take that particular N/A V6 over the Turbo 4.
@@audiwankenobi361 the broad torque band of that 2.0T was incredible, the V-6 couldn't even come close. The V-6 had to be above 4k rpm to make any power. In my wife's Sonata, the peak torque was 269 @ 2,800-4,800 rpm!!! That is an incredibly flat power curve, it was intoxicating
the wing is stock. and it looks good, not too obnoxious/high like a typical honda ricer wing, and it’s functional. will look bald without the wing, i do not recommend taking it off
keep playing roblox though your brain still isn’t fully developed so nobody’s gonna take advice from you👍 you’re not even old enough to get your permit LOL
These are good looking cars, but performance wise they're very overrated. I know on paper theyre supposed to do 0-60 in 5.8 seconds but that is BS. I test drove one and the salesman bragged about how fast it was. I had it in sport mode and i was let down. My wifes 2013 Sonata 2.0T with only 274 HP walked away from that camry. On paper that Sonata is supposed to do 0-60 in 6.4 seconds, but that car was very underrated. It is much quicker than that
it’s not made for straight like speed. it’s made for the track/corners. hence why they put track tuned suspension, stiffer bracing, stiffer & lager anti roll bars, bigger brakes, wider/lighter wheels, aero kit
These TRDs actually look kind of cool (but he went way to far ricing it) but it's such a SHAME they didn't give these any power!!!! Still a 6-banger with 200HP! But the exhaust sounds horrible!!!! He'll be a repeat customer - mo' money for EA!!! That DRONE is going to implode his ears and if he ever wants a girlfriend, she'll make him fix the exhaust!
They make 300. But they’re worse in every way compared to a V6 XSE or XLE. It’s literally a Camry SE with a body kit, stiffer suspension, louder exhaust from the factory, and the rear seats don’t fold down. You’re better off with an XSE if you’re gonna use it for daily driving.
@@shawncarson8131 I do like the looks of them - especially the silver with the "floating roof," or whatever they call it - the black roof that comes down the rear pillars...
@@shawncarson8131TRD also comes with bigger brakes, track tuned suspension, stiffer & larger anti roll bars, Stiffer underbody braces and v-brace behind the rear seats (this why they don’t fold down), better flowing TRD catback exhaust, TRD exclusive interior, wider/lighter wheels. all for cheaper than a XSE/XLE. TRD is hands down better for the price
@@shawncarson8131 a SE and a TRD is a night and day difference. just because the TRD comes with SE head/tail lights doesn’t mean it’s the basically same thing.
@@verzxu ….but they are the same thing. Under the hood they are the exact same. The TRD just has stiffer suspension, a rear chassis brace, a factory exhaust system, body kit, and different wheels. They don’t have the same features that you’d find in an XSE V6 or XLE V6.
