2023 Alabama Carry Optics State Champ!
I am so thankful I was able to bring home the gold from my states section match. The guys and gals up at Rocket City Shooting Club put on a great section match.
I shot one of my most consistent and clean matches I've even shot in my shooting journey so far. I normally shoot close to 84%-88% of available points. However this match, I was able to blow that out of the water and shoot 92% of the available points! Thankfully, my speed did not seem to suffer with this accuracy increase.
My Glock 17 ran great and felt so natural in my hands the entire match. I had one magazine induced malfunction on the last stage I shot, Stage 1, but other than that my equipment ran flawlessly. Very excited to contiune competing with the Glock.
