Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 12 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life

If a civilian gets hurt on the job, he/she goes to a doctor or hospital. The doctor sends a form to the state agency that manages workers compensation and the worker and the doctor get paid. On the other hand, if a veteran gets hurt while in the military, he/she has to prove that the injury happened. If there is no medical record of the injury, then the VA position is that there is no injury and no compensation. Why is there a double standard? Why is it that civilians don't have to prove anything but veterans do?

I'm not sure what you are saying. Workmanship Comp requires evidence. So does the VA.

State Workmen’s Compensation looks for ways to avoid compensation for injury just like the VA looks for ways to avoid paying Agent Orange Compensation
@rayjohn9798
@rayjohn9798 Год назад
In my opinion this is partially correct. What most don’t realize is you can sustain injury in combat and still do what is required. The soldier must provide evidence that the injury occurred in combat. When I was in Vietnam in 1968 I was involved in an incident where the individual in front of me was hit by an RPG. He was half gone. I was really stunned however I could still function. The problem was there was several other people that had injuries of more substantial damage than me. Some of them survived and 4 or 5 died. 5:46 I helped evacuate the deceased individual. A couple of weeks later his family wrote and asked me how he died. All I could say was it happened so quickly that he never knew it. Of all the problems you can have in life I would never hope you would have to write that kind of a letter The VA ain’t interested in theses stories and neither is the military. After all it never happened to them Afterwards I think about this but then again I am a fucking liar according to the VA. John Ray 5:46 5:46

There’s a huge gap between 90 and 100% for a reason. You have to be seriously injured or have a lot of disabilities to go from 90 to 100%. You can have three 50% ratings and a few 10% ratings and still be at 90%.
@cameronfirmpc2552
@cameronfirmpc2552 6 месяцев назад
Thank you for the insight. You are correct. The distinction between a 90% and 100% VA disability rating is substantial, reflecting the severity and cumulative impact of one's service-connected conditions. While multiple 50% and 10% ratings can culminate in a 90% rating, the leap to 100% requires an exceedingly high degree of impairment, often characterized by complete unemployability or the need for aid and attendance. The VA's stringent criteria underscore the profound challenges faced by those eligible for the full 100% rating, recognizing their profound sacrifices and lifelong limitations. This system aims to adequately compensate the most severely disabled veterans who have borne the heaviest burdens.
@ralphgreenjr.2466
@ralphgreenjr.2466 Год назад
I retired from the US Army after 30 years of service. I am also 90% disabled and drawing compensation from the VA. Applying for disability compensation is a lengthy slow process that is best done with your VA County Agency. The staff will help you with records searches, filling out the forms, and will submit it for you. If you kept your military health records, you have a lot of documentation that will support your claim. Good luck, you are applying for something you earned through your service.

After 51 years the V A which had hidden my medical records , had put me through 4 separate but the same test, gave me 10% disability, local office helped as much as they could, but the upper end ignored my claims. I DIDN'T need the money and simply left the USA for a country that has socialized medicine. Don't get any money , but the healthcare is almost free, costs an expat about $400 a year, no questions asked. Know my doc well wife can't believe how easy it is to get healthcare and medicine here. Wish everyone well going through the USA healthcare crap.

Can you help with compensation for spousal care for a 100% disabled veteran?
@xaviotesharris891
@xaviotesharris891 Год назад
I'm sure they can, but please try to go through your state's veteran's department to see if they have qualified VSOs (Veterean Service Officers) to help you. Law firms are for when claims go wrong. Try it first the free way. (Also, there are other verterans' orgs that will help you for free.) If all these fail, and you think you have a valid claim, then get a law firm to help.

@tattoojack1969
@tattoojack1969 Год назад
So you’ve been doing claims for 18 years, Great for you. Maybe you’re competent and dedicated to helping other Veterans. Not all Veteran Service Officers are. The VA service officers here where I live are less than worthless. The ones at the VFW wouldn’t touch my case because at 70% I risked “losing my rating” if I tried to go for 100%. The guy at the DAV took my case and had it so screwed up that it was denied almost as quickly as it was filed. Mr Cameron, whose firm this video is for, took my case and appealed it. He found numerous errors the VA made and inside of nine months had me at 100% at the SMC-S rate. He also got me back pay to the tune of about $39,000. That was my cut after he got 20%. Was it worth it ? Absolutely. You know what 20% of nothing is ? Cause that’s how much he would’ve been paid had we lost and I would’ve got the 80% of nothing and would’ve still been at 70%. He has another issue on appeal with the BVA that if we win will pay off substantially. He’ll get 20% of that as well and is welcome to it. Mr. Cameron is definitely a lawyer, and a good one. He’s also a Navy Veteran as well and I think I’d trust him and his crew more than I would a VSO.
