We wrapped up the 2023 VA State ‪@usabmxvideos‬ series in ‪@novabmx5675‬. This race was postponed due to a hurricane that came through in September, but outside of some wind, the day was beautiful. Come along for the ride and check out the racing action as well as a peak at the awards ceremony that capped off the event.

Great video! I like how you were looking at the all the classes to see which races were going to come down to the wire. Excellent idea!

Thanks for the encouragement and feedback. What type of riding are you doing? Also, what type of video do you like to watch? I’m trying to put together ideas for some winter videos when racing isn’t happening.

@@TheDriveTrain this is my first year racing BMX. I used to ride when I was a kid and got back to it at 41. I like to see people do stuff like bike maintenance on their bikes. You could do something like why it’s important to grease certain parts of your bike or what you do to prep your bike for a race. Maybe you can talk about why you picked certain parts for your bike. You could also make a simple video about gearing and tire sizes and how it affects the bike during a race. Pros and cons about gearing down or up. Maybe even workouts you can do at home in the off season without needing gym equipment.
