You are to divide each dimension by 50 if the scale given is 1:50 and whatever size you are to produce that will be determined by the scale used.

U are to divide by 1/50 not divide by 50. In short u multiply by 50 thus making it bigger

If not given assume 3000

It is stated in the specifications that you should assume suitable dimensions where unspecified. So if it happens as you said use 3100 or 3200

As said in the question " Assume suitable dimensions where unspecified" put it there yourself
