Looking good Mark. That is a lot of work, wow. My back and neck are shot as it is, so what you are doing is amazing. But it is coming along. and that is the way it is, today June 2024. Stay well and enjoy.
Hello Mark! I'm sleeping in Billings tonight, need to watch this and get to sleep, plane leaves early in the morning for home. I'll chat more later on....
Another great update, Mark. You got a lot done this month! That creeper is a good tool to have, but I would need a Block-and-Tackle setup with some rope to get me standing upright again. 😀
See, without my helping hand, you can actually get a LOT of stuff done. I am amazed at how much you did, and I'm just so proud of you!!!! I knew you could do it all by yourself. I probably should stay home on the 11th so you can get MORE stuff done, so I'll see you on the 25th for the OP Session. You'll be glad I stayed home on the 11th. I'm pretty sure I will be VERY ill on the 11th. I feel it coming on right now. haha Hey, NICE update by the way!!!!!
Typical ! Yes; I DID notice your penchant for lying down on the job for days on end to pad-out your monthly update presentation ! Seriously; without an extra pair of experienced hands ( Dave's ? ) available; incrementally and equally raising the Staging-Yard * Ace-Out * [ On your own ]; was certainly one hellovva undertaking ! All in all; looking good Mark. The S-Y will certainly offer-up a new dimension to your OpS ! Well done; ou maat ! 🤙👍💫💥🚂
I have a few skid marks on my head from working between the two decks. I think if I move I will take that 4x8 sheet of plywood and make a 16"x24' single deck switching railroad, maybe in proto48 but the tolerances are so close.
You're track supplier must love you, Mark! And I'm sure your cork provider has you on his Christmas card list. But I'm not sure what kind of message you're sending by spending so much time "laying down on the job". 😆😂😝 As always, I'm amazed at your ability to keep going and going. I just hope to move to a smaller house, but with a good size basement like you have... and have the war chest to afford it. In the meantime, I collect and reflect, modelling vicariously through your monthly updates. 🛤
