今朝の朝食です。仕事がなくて（年金生活です）、何がたのしいって、時間を気にせずに、朝ごはんがつくれて、食べられることですね。ところで、煎茶って二煎目がいちばんおいしいらしいですね。最近はじめてしりました。それまで、一煎で終わっていたんですが、実は一煎目は飲まなくてもいいくらいだそうです。
It is breakfast this morning. What is great about not having to go to work (retirement) is to be able to take as much time as I wish on breakfast. By the way, I just found out that Sencha (Japanese tea) is the best at second brew. I used to rarely go beyond first brew. Incidentally, hardcore people go so far as simply foregoing the first brew and go to the second. Naturally, I am now drinking until the third brew. It is good to have that kind of time.
