The York prediction for 21st is horrendous, clearly haven't looked at any of the players brought in.

Saying gateshead don’t have as many goals in them is mad. Won all our games in pre season excepts 1 and won 2 of them while scoring 7 goals. Beat Sunderland as well

Well it looks mad after the opening day, for sure. In fairness, pre season result mean absolutely nothing, despite the media suddenly telling us otherwise. I hope to be wrong as you were excellent at Wembley in May, so hopefully you can go well again. 👍

Glad The Dale aren’t mentioned, keeps us out of the sights of others in our plan to return. 😉 Magic wand scenario, Dale top with them let down the road dragged up with us. So long as we beat Owdum and don’t loose, happy for the Biffo’s to follow albeit a little bit of sick has just come up thinking that… You can’t beat the ‘ El Flat Cap Classico, ‘ so long as you don’t loose! Up the Dale 💙 Hopefully them Black Puddings will get back up the leagues soon to guarantee 6 points in a season. 🤞 Anyway, shame to see Dorking go down last season, good away day and away fan zone. Trip to the country back on the cards, with FGR away too. Good away games in the NL, nice clubs to visit and chance to chat to other supporters and hear their stories. Good luck to your respective clubs for 2024/25.

It's the one thing I used to love about the Luton Non-League days, thee away trips were great. Most Non-League clubs are community based and incredibly hospitable, which does add to the match day experience. I don't think Rochdale will be far away at all and it only takes 1 or 2 magic signings. 👍

Daniel - I agree, you won't be relegated. I will say in Craig's defence though, look at the comments from last season (those remaining that didn't just delete their comments). I got stick for predicting them 14th last year because it was an 'easy top 7 finish'. Nothing is easy in The National League, but I don't think you'll be that far down either! 👍

with our recruitment anything other than top half would be a disaster...can't see a relegation fight at all ...any pundit should look at our late season results a couple of games after Hinch took over.

Oldhams recruitment has been spot on ive watched them the first team squad is a totally different animal they played stockports first team beat them held lincoln to a 0 0 draw amd hammered warrington the other night. Oldham will win the league this year and i rarely give them credit.

They've had a couple of stinkers too but they just have to stay in the mix. The last 2 seasons started so slowly that it became a difficult job to try and get near. Micky Mellon loves a playoff win though, so I'd back you if he makes it in! 😂

@@HonestFootballPodcast the stinkers they had 7 trialists on in each game away they was seriously poor of which none have been taken on I went to them all at the weekend we beat Shrewsbury first team this is the first season in a long while I've been confident and ive done nothing but slate them enough to put a big wager on them and I'm as tight as a ducks arse.

To win it is a tough ask, as there's a few strong sides in the North this year. If I had to predict, I'd have Southport in a playoff finish. 👍
