brisbane vs sydney brisbane's past 2 games have been really fun to watch, with really good comebacks to win. 44 point comeback (2nd best comeback in history) and 25 point comeback against geelong. still think sydney will demolish brisbane, but i have my hopes!
This is all pretty good. As a Port fan myself I am definitely concerned about our Preliminary performances of the past but also Geelong are very good too. On form for the season I would think we can make it to the GF but on past seasons finals performances I am not so sure they’ve developed the mental toughness needed to get through to it. I live in hope.
Wow. GWS win their 1st Premiership. I don't mind the Giants. Best social media in the AFL. Plus Orange is my favourite colour besides Black & White. But who knows? Still tipping Sydney. They'll want to erase the memory of 2022. Hopefully, both Brodie & Taylor will play on the day. Interested in seeing how deep the Hawks can go too.
as a team that was only established in 2012, they are a really good side for the premiership. Giants made it to their first final in 2016 and made it to the prelim where they lost by 6, they made a prelim right after but lost to Richmond and then the 2018 semifinal and the 2019 grand final but also lost to Richmond, the 2021 semifinal and the 2023 prelim final but also had a heartbreaking loss to lose to Collingwood by 1. They are probably the only team right now that has still gained good form from over the years in the AFL, so I really hope they win
@Shadzyking As I said who knows what is going to happen? Could be a historic 1st with an all one state interstate GF if Sydney & GWS make it to September 28th. Could be the Hawks v Sydney in a 2012 rematch. Could be Brisbane winning to make up for last year. Could be Port winning against Brisbane again 20 years after their last & only Premiership. We'll hve to wait & find out.
i feel like in any situation for giants to win the flag the grand final setup against their rivals and to win by a point for their first flag sounds like a thriller
