For this month's uploads, on the day I chose to record, I felt I performed poorly; my focus wasn't very sharp. It seemed like a significant regression. I had a two-week holiday this month, which disrupted my routine with a lot of time spent outdoors, among other things. A few incidents occurred that I had to address, and it seemed like a streak of bad luck. I've been somewhat stressed. With all that, I haven't dedicated the usual amount of regular time, and it was evident during the recording. I would have preferred to record another day, but I left it too late this month (I aim for mid-month) and won't have time for the rest of the month. So, it is what it is, raw and authentic. Perhaps it's beneficial for me to reflect on this, or maybe it's best to forget it happened? LOL. Hopefully, I'll get back on track with more consistent practice. I MUST NOT GIVE UP LOL.
Seeing other RU-vidrs post and observing their rapid improvement over several months is impressive. But I believe it's not beneficial to compare myself to them. Lifestyle, time, age, and other factors all play a role. This is my personal journey; we're all unique, and that's positive. I'm sharing my progress as it happens, raw, not just the polished final results after memorizing a piece of music for months. I'm taking a different approach than most. I hope to inspire myself and others to learn and enjoy the journey!
