Today I realised that for actual range we have to maintain eco mode. In sports mode I was getting around 60 kms range, today I drove in eco mode my range has increased. This scooter automatically shifts to sports mode that beep is indicator of sports mode.

I was quite dissatisfied with hero vida but its a lot better product having option of fast charging. Can easily keep anything on footboard, good space.

On December 29, 2023, I submitted my damaged Chetak scooter for repairs, and the claim was approved on January 3. However, despite the approval, the necessary part is yet to be received from @BajajAuto. Despite multiple calls, the company's response has been consistently disappointing. They assure resolution but the delay persists. The after-service experience has been nothing short of pathetic.
