I don't like earbuds that stick out of the ears because they don't fit my ears well (feel insecure with some activity) and because they look weird (we forgot how weird that was when the Apple earbuds first came out).

I thought the same especially the first gen Apple Airpods, that looks so ugly. I tried the better Airpods Pro 1 and 2 and my right ear doesn't fit secure enough. I had concerns at first with Oneplus Buds 3, 99€ for Earbuds that can't be good. I'm a Galaxy Buds User since the first model now i switched to Oneplus Buds 3 and i love it, it feels secure in both ears, fantastic comfort, light and have nice sound, built and call quality. The price, case and battery is very nice too.

Many Earbuds won't employ noise cancering unless you have both Earbuds in which walking in the city isn't very safe. Are there any Earbuds with excellent call quality using only one Earbud?

i have bose and nothing ; i can assure you my huawei freeclips its 1000x better than bose for calls, to be honest, bose for calls its terrible. just for the record, i have sony linkbuds and i would bet pretty high that it is much better than many headphones on the market and some tested above

AirPods Pro sucks for phone calls! Got mine 2 years ago and I really regret buying them! They are good for listening to music, podcasts, filming videos, but for phone calls I always have to switch to my old earbuds with a cord because the AirPods Pro only picks up all the sounds around me and my voice is so extremely muffled. It's so annoying when I paid so much for them

I have tried them all for the past 3 years as I regularly work remotely in noisy environments, coffee shops in particular, and I must say the nothing ear and the nothing ear 2 are literally the only wireless earbuds that I have used where no one has ever complained of background noise. I've even asked people to tell me what they thought and walked out into the outdoors in New York City with a windy background and all the city noise and they still say I sound fine. Not sure what special sauce nothing uses when they make these earbuds but they seem to be the best and continue to get my money until somebody proves to be better!

Me, my friend, my sister and my friend's friend HAVE ALL SUFFERED from the terrible call voice quality on Nothing Ear 1, also with the physical damage of plastic falling off from the pieces. You certainly have a rare product with no such real world issues

Aaron..... the liberty 4 nc got a 04.88 firmware update to improve call quality. Give it a try. I hear a slight improvement.

i have the liberty4nc and its the first earbud where my mum wasnt complaining that she cannot understand me soo good. Nobody complained so far only maybe when it was really really loud. But on normal ussage and outside it was perfectly fine even in harder conditions.

Very informative as always! Thank you for the comparison. One question: Are you running the latests firmware on the Nothing Ear (2)? I have found that the mic quality was excellent out of the box but has become significantly worse after the first firmware update. However, the battery lasts longer during phone calls. Can you confirm this? Thanks!

Coming here as a mindblown longtime Sony WF user… I’m always getting complaints about phone call quality.. which is the ONLY complaint I have about the buds. Audio is amazing, NC is top notch, but as for someone who’s always on the go and making works related calls, it struggles…

It is not possible to judge anything from this video. One would assume there would be a decent voice with the studio microphone, but even that sounds awfully muffled so the mix stinks. I'm listening through studio monitors and all voice in this video stands out as rather bad compared to most other content I view and listen to.

I have the Nothing Ear(2) firmware 1.0.1.102 and OnePlus Buds 3, in the restaurant and the airport the OnePlus are way better, the difference is huge. Nothing Ear(2) with the current firmware are pretty bad.

I have the studio beats + and my fiance has the pros. Both are terrible as far as people being able to hear you in a call. Ive tokd him multiple times he sounds likes hes in a tin can underwater. Which sucks, because the audio and noise canceling are very good.

I recently picked up the nothing ear, and while the mic is impressive - the fit is agony. While the sound is amazing - the noise-cancelling is mediocre. The state of wireless earbuds leaves less to be desired in 2024 for their current prices, the mic quality across the board is quite terrible, hoping to see this improve soon in a more comfortable smaller form factor.

Jabra elite 10 sounds with better clarity of your voice besides more background noise than OnePlus or Nothing 24. In terms of voice clarity in a noisy place i feel Jabra elite 10 wins and 2nd place nothing 24. Maybe u can do another final test perhaps near a construction site or perhaps even in a disco club 😊 Jabra elite 10 gen 2 is out perhaps u may get a winner

The Poly Voyager Free 60 was released in 2023 but was yet missing in the roundups for both 2023 and 2024 BEST Earbuds for Call Quality. You were onto a good idea, until you recorded them in different spaces of the mall. now that would have been fine too had you taken the winners a rerecorded them, but no you cheaped out and just replayed the original version from round 1. You had a chance to be a little accurate but then just got lazy.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the samples were taken in the same place and same peak hour, and based on previous tests, I was satisfied that in this case, any variance wouldn't move the needle. (It didn't). As a one-man operation and having uploaded 1000 videos keeping to a strict upload schedule, I am averse to repetition for the sake of appearances. Since I won't be using the same place in the next test, all samples will be re-recorded.

I just placed an order on the Jabra Elite 10s.. I used to rock the Sony XM4's but I was shafted by the battery drain. Considered the Linkbuds S but saw they suffered from the same issue so Sony are now blacklisted.

Si te has dado cuenta por lo general huawei no suele promocionar o dar mucho acceso para publicidad a sus productos a RU-vidrs de tecnología para revisiones imparciales por lo cual acceder a dicha marca cada que sale algo nuevo es algo caro o difícil ( huawei es una marca algo cerrada para el acceso a canales de teclogia y comparaciones ) creo que por esa razón nunca lo veo en tops de tecnología de comparaciónes

If you have iphone air pods pro are the best for voice calling not so much for music. Honestly you have to sacrifice here, either you get superior voice quality or music.

Airpods pro user here for the last 2 years. My personal experience especially with mic quality is not good. They are very expensive for the kind of quality they offer. Watching this video, I would also say go with either Nothing or One plus. Airpods pro is not worth its price. But as said by someone and I also agree with them, airpods are actually good for all other purposes except making a phone call. And that sucks.
