Put this car in the first gear and on a 40 degree incline. Leave the clutch and this car will climb effortlessly like a tank without pressing the accelerator!! I was amazed. You don’t feel like it’s a 3 cylinder engine. Also this engine has won the best engine of the year award in 2017 in Germany

@@praveenhegde8107i have 25 cars . Only advantage of this car is soft seats and slightly better suspension ath the price point. It can be a bit sluggish at times, especially when overtaking. Cabin noice is too high and come with zero stars safety.
Minimum requirements which are missing for Indian customers 1. LED projector headlights 2. Wagon R style handle should be replace by normal door handle 3. Rear AC vent 4. Automatic gear handle should be atleast like Brezza automatic gear handle. 5. Window button should be placed at door. Thanks
I took a test drive of this car and I have to say that it's one of the best cars I have driven to date. The driving dynamics are really good. The engine is so peppy even in traffic it felt so light easy to drive through.
Excellant car to drive. Great suspension , Engine and A/c. Truly comfortable and confident. Bought the 5 seater Max Torque Converter immediately after the first test drive, even though had tried others as well. This stands out.with its esthetic looks far removed from the run of the mill swirling around in the market.
There is a paradox in the Indian market when it comes to mid side cars. Give an NA engine, its very good for the city, but it let's you down on the highway in terms of power. Give a turbo, you will enjoy the highway run and the mileage, but city traffic will stress you out. In either case for mixed usage, you don't expect a good mileage. Now add the facts of safety, road noise, interior quality and finishes and the brand behaviour and service reach. You are only left with creta and maruti cars. Fortunate but not at the same time.
Good VFM. But automatic missing on CRUISE-CONTROL not acceptable because long drives might become painful. CITROEN should look at the features of ERTIGA which comes at same price tag for automatic with far too many features.
If they give automatic climate control and cruise control then this will be a complete package both help a lot when one has to run on expressway continuously for 6 hours :) The mechanics of this car are top notch so reliability is not at all an issue.
I’m putting this and the C3 into consideration for a new car. Need an automatic for the wife, I want a fun car, it is mostly a daily driver but monthly we’ll do highway runs.
Sound quality is good, speakers offer good amount of base and A-pillars have integrated tweeters in them. It may not be the most crisp sounding but overall its very well balanced.
Lekin is showroom ki employee C type ke hai..... especially in Hyderabad....they just don't want to sell the car.... specially Chandu who is working at Banjara hills branch Hyderabad la Mansion....looks like he is an agent to kotak bank.... We said we don't want to get finance through kotak....chandu said Citroen has only kotak and no other choice and he is rude..we visited the showroom. Just because of chandu behaviour we bought Renault Kiger...
In its present form, the primary customer should be sub 4 metre SUV buyer. Who might be willing to let go of certain features and opt for a bigger car. Top end sub 4 metre or the C3 AirCross.
They have cut useless features to reduce the pricing. Other manufacturers have useless car (low quality/performance engines, transmission, body and dynamics) with more useless features to reduce the pricing but to fool customers...
Good presentation but this car is not selling for many reasons dealer network, features for price, safety, brand future. Everybody obviously has mixed feelings about this car. This brand cannot just survive on suspension. Car buyers demand much more than what is being offered.
8.5Kms in the city and 15-16@ highway... because of the 3 cylinder turbo engine.... Diesel will be attractive if it comes with a 1.3L multijet fiat diesel engine the sales go high...
Power window buttons must be in doors, push start button for top end and door handles must be replaced. Otherwise Citroen cant even cell 100units per month.

Try not to sell your journalism integrity in the future, your video otherwise has good production value. Oh! Why this car doesn’t sell? Am not a journalist but recently test drove it: 1. One of lowest warranty in the segment. Only 2 years or 40k KMS. 2. You said it doesn’t miss out much on the exterior. Who offers a flap handle in their car today? 3. Did you mention no AC for 2nd or 3rd row? They have a literal fan in the middle. It makes so much noise. 4. Have your tried sitting in the 3rd row? Dude! It is not a 7 seater. 5. Safety? LOL Tired of typing now! Try to reflect and if possible, please take this video down. You have missed on many points and tried your best to falsely convince prospective buyers. Take care!
I don’t understand why media go gaga over such mediocre product. This platform has score zero rating in safety test. No basic features. There is nothing great about this vehicle. Western market do get a better product from Citroen. Only India gets such substandard mediocre product.
My suggestion is to go alone to the showroom for test drive keep your children and wife home (the real culprits for sunroof pandemic) test drive it, I am damn sure you will keep this car in your selection list.
Sunroof aside which isn't on my priority list, this car doesn't deliver on many fronts, will advise people to stay away from it. From the very aggressive cost cutty that is evident throughout the car, to the fit & finish, plastic quality, lack of basic & some essential features, to lack of Dealerships to many things. Unless Citroen takes the Indian market seriously don't consider it, also this platform is not safe as well, evident with zero stars! Here the culprit is the manufacturer & not the Indian consumer for ignoring this car.
I own Citreon C3 in Bengaluru. Sorry to say that that this is head ache in twrms of service even though the product is good service and spare parts are not at all available even i a city like Bangalore. I reside near yeswanthpur junction railway station and i need to drive 2 hrs for thebone and only service station, i keft the car on 26th June and as on today 4th July i have no idea when they will complete. No commitments from service station. Having Citreon car is like maintaining an old discontinued car you should need tons of Patience and moreover you should not bothered about this car, whether is there or not.
Basic features they need to work on like 2nd row window buttons, cruise control for automatic, rear AC vents for 2nd row in 5 seater option. In terms of security at least 6 air bags is required. These 4 things they need to look thats what I believe.
I bought this vehicle, and I really miss an auto-folding mirror. Additionally, the rear power window button should be on the door, and lastly, the seat color should be of darker shades. Vehicle is perfect in ride quality, Suspension, Steering, Engine drivability. Must buy in this Budget.
They have added window buttons, rear ac vents, driver armrest and storage, and 6 airbag standard for all variants. I did a test drive a week ago. Their poor marketing team didn’t even put a news on this.
I am driving this car for 6 month. Drove around 11 k. Driving comfort,handling is Excellent. Suspension is unimaginable. I tried other car brands. But to me this car stands tall . Those who are driving enthusiastic u can go for it. There are some cons in features. Only think which i don't like is car don't have cruise control. Being a car which has such a good engine which crusing power they should have given it. Overall at this price tag this car is value for money.

Owning this gem for almost 5 months now done 12k km. Its a steal of a deal car Excellent Basics. Engine is potent and always has good amount of torque on offer. And that ride quality like magic carpet i test drove seltos creata hyrider and carens i just cant believe how amazing the suspension behaves in c3 aircross I have a 5+2 seater, there is always a option to carry 2 extra people whenever needed not that bad as other says All essential features are there, and now with the updated c3 aircross they have added more features like power folded mirror, auto ac, rear power windows, center armrests with storage. Some things can be retro fitted to the old c3 Highway manners is what it stands out 100kmph 2k rpm all day it just glides on road with excellent stability. It stays confident even at 120-130kmph all day cruising with engine staying very calm Mileage im getting 13-15kmph which is good for me Above that pricing i got the top end model for as below as 15 lakh on road and even more offers. Just compare it with lower model of other brands since this slots in that price bracket and you will know how much of value proposition it is!
Halogen lights are not cost cutting feature, its the sound damping in the doors and engine bay along with features like cruise control, and 6 airbags are the actual cost cutting features. in my opinion LED lights are gimmick its not useful in giving better view and it also obstruct the opposite person's view
Both c3 and c3 aircross build quality is worst we may ignore the fact that most basic features are not present if atleast build is good ... having only good suspension is not enough for a car and it's not that cheap or value for money top end model manual with no proper features costs around 17 lakhs

@@GizmoIndia All mileages are with AC on and 4-6 people in the car.I am speaking about the mileage seen on the display. I did not do a tank to tank test.At a speed of 130kmph on highway it gives 8kmpl. At a speed of 50kmph in the 5th gear it gives 18kmpl. In city drive it gives 12kmpl. It’s has only run 1500km. My town is small.You drive 20km in any direction and you are out of the town. So mileage is not an issue for me as I don’t drive long distances. Only 2-3 long trips a month.Boot space with 3rd row folded is awesome. And cabin space is spacious.I am satisfied with this car. As I said,mileage is not an issue for me. I don’t drive daily and I I don’t drive long distances.
@@GizmoIndia But once I was driving at 45kmph in the 5th gear and the meter was showing 23kmpl. I don’t know if that is true. But I think actual should be little less than that.
Its mechanical sorted but needs few necessary features like cruise control, proper Ac controls, old flap handles, people dont like cheapness. It feels little cheap.
