Here’s something probably not a lot of people have said to you. It’s ok to not “want this”. It’s perfectly acceptable to run to run. The run influencer sub this sub that sub 3 for what reason other than just to do it. What’s the rush
That's a good point, and I've definitely had periods where I just run to run. With where I want to take this though (more than just RU-vid), breaking the 3 hour mark will help qualify me as a coach, and it's a good goal to document, showing others that even though it may take time, they can also achieve their running goals!

Was worried for a second after a month of no updates, sorry to hear about the outcome. Had similar experience in Buffalo last month, just wasn't my day. But learning for this fall block. Godspeed for Chicago!
