Don't disagree but there literally is no path to her winning. I agree we need lots of changes and she would be wonderful but she can't beat trump right now and that's where we are. 😔
@@rhondapotter6989 Against Trump she would be a landslide victory, which is not the case with Biden at all! Biden is losing to Trump! That's where we are right now! All of us living under corporate rule and thinking that's just the way things are, is how we lose democracy forever. Anyway, her path to winning is through the Primary, which is not against Trump. It's against Biden and the DNC who want her to just go away, obviously, because they don't actually care about democracy tbh.

Ms. Williamson is exciting the base and, in some cases, bringing people back into the political process who haven't voted in 20-30 years. Some people will vote for her who otherwise would have stayed home. MSM and the Democratic elites want you to think she can't win--so that they can continue to hold on to power and cater to their corporate donors.
Yes when the time is right. She won't be able to win with the way our system is rigged. The only way for change in my opinion is through the democratic party but she doesn't really stand a chance right now. ☹️
I'm a bit older than Marianne and the miserable changes I've seen in US economic policy since the Citizens' United decision alone are more than heartbreaking for my grandkids who don't know any better USA economy, they are an outrage. The fact that corporations can BUY POLITICIANS has made this a hollow democracy, a hollow Country. I weep for those who must try to live in this sick economy but I rail against the sick system that has ruined our Country for corporate PROFITS. Keep going, Marianne!!!!
What angers me is how we, as a society, allowed this to happen when we can vote for leaders who represent and advocate for US citizens. Where did the breakdown happen that allowed corporations and government "leaders" to put their greed above our needs?😢

Reagan started the spiral, but the Clinton administration said--and I'm paraphrasing here--"Hey wall street, hey, fossil fuel companies, etc., it's true the Republicans have been catering to your needs, but, just to let you know, Dems are open for business and we can champion your interests, as well. Donate to the Dems and we will make your dreams come true." After which, the DNC/corporate Dems began catering to lobbyists and their corporate donors--instead of to the needs of working families. There's a wonderful book by Thomas Frank called "Listen Liberal," that does a great job in detailing this.
I'm sick of being price gouged and I'm sick of Biden bragging about how great the economy is doing under his watch when he knows that is based on massive profits from price gouging regular people on necessities!
For many years, I have described the phenomenon Ms Williamson is describing as "extreme capitalism", or "capitalism gone wild". What naturally comes out of such a philosophy is the likes of a Donald Trump, Harvard and Yale graduates like Vivek Ramaswamy, and the masses who follow them off the cliff, aspiring to the mirage that "if it makes money, then it's good". For 30 years, I have been screaming in the wind about where acceptance of such an ideal would naturally end. I have found myself more and more isolated - and yes, often even severely depressed. I'm a 68 year old black American man now. At my very core I am the consummate optimist - nevertheless (I believe) also a realist. I realize that there are things that I am not able to change, but together WE CAN do so much more than WE believe IF we can cooperate and work together affecting seemingly miraculous things. Marianne Williamson is, for me today, like a huge breath of fresh air. Her entire life, to this point, seems to have prepared her for this very moment. I believe and hope she inspires all of America as is happening with me right now. She's the voice of reason which I have sought to be and the world is desperately crying out for at this very moment in time. I hope and pray she inspires many more of those who feel her spirit. Please dear and awesome Creator God, your words are life. Be the very breath (spirit) and words of Marianne Williamson at this crucial time. And keep her humble in your sight (true humility) until Your Vision - her vision comes to fruition.

She would have mine but there's no way she is going to be able to win. If we want change in this country, it does start with the Democratic party but there's just not enough people going to vote for her and then imagine what she would have to deal with in the house!
That part about the 21st century being holistic and aware of the root causes instead of like before, that is so true. Aware. We must use that awareness to save the country and move to a better direction.

If you agree with Marianne's platform (intelligence, knowledge of American history, ability to speak publicly about the issues, about her ethics and plans to promote peace, personal development, etc) Dig In and Send Her Some Cash! And talk about Marianne as you go about your day. I will write her in if she's not on the ballot. The public must demand better from our President. Stop going low. Go high! Believe.
