The 2024 Dyckman Basketball HS Division Championship came down to the top two teams in the league LPAC and defending champion The Nation out of Harlem.
LPAC came out strong as they lead by as much as seven points in the first half. They took advantage of The Nation being out go sync on offense early on but the Nation was able to regroup and go on a run to close the gap then go up by two into the half. In the second half, the Nation at times were able to pull away from LPAC but they found themselves in a close one in the last few seconds the game could have easily went the other way if LPAC had more timeouts but The Nation led by Daye Kaba's MVP performance of 28 points helped The Nation edge LPAC 76-74
