That Section24A has denied many people not to vote and it was not necessary to be introduced,South Africans should be able to vote anywhere as long is a SA ID or Card holder,I couldn't vote because I'm in deferent town from where I registered to vote!!!
I was turned away too after 5 hours of standing in the queue yet I called IEC before Easter to change my address. No one told me about section 24 crap!!!
I was not allowed to vote in the same station I used to vote in 2019, I was told I never registered there. I asked why they allowed me in 2019, they said because the address thingy was not applied then. I felt so disappointed I wanted to cry.
Not alone so do I. S24A did not work. It was the all the political parties who changed the policy that we must only vote on the station you are registered at.
IEC is Anc no wonder why they didn't want many people to vote cause they see that they will lose I'm I'm desapointed if this criminals won empty promises again now this Country is going down 😭😭😭
How come, no matter which media channel that I looked all day, they never really get close enough of the electronic blue pannell so I can see for myself the updates, from one hour to the next... Find it kinn'a fishy... To have to rely on what they say about it without being able to see it for myself... Really frustrating ! Anyways, 'wish you the best brothers and sisters, no more "sell out" candidates who impoverish their people while pulling money aside for themselves and friends...
me too I vote more than2times in my voting station but now I was not allowed to vote its shows my first register place while I registed in my new place they stole my vote😭
Most of the voters who vote in the eastern Cape....leave and come to live and work in the DA well run City of Cape town.If they want to vote for inadequate parties in the EC ....they must stay in those provinces and put up with the services that that party dishes out to them.They need to vote with their heads and not vote coz they got 1 food parcel from the anc.Vote anc out .
They are not used to such a huge number. It just wanted to show how most people are fed-up with the ANC and want them out of power. People came out in they numbers
My take on the IEC glitches might have unintentionally fed to MK at KZN. The mood later of singing and enjoyment might have unintended changes in heart for the people who actually came to vote for ANC. This might have cost ANC big time.
The poorest and most ignored provinces are clinging to the ANC, today you need a tractor to drive in the suburbs of Mthatha, a place that was a haven under the General Holomisa
My brother was also turned during the day . I went to the same station at night with the same situation as him but I was allowed. What I'm picking up is inconsistency and lacK of education and information on the IEC Agents. 2024 was a total fall out on the IEC. Its also clear they acnnot handle high volumes of voters
Still now with 29 May elections, there were more blacks employed in the wc polling stations....so where is the work equity?? Next election Emply people within their own areas, so no late comings or people that does not have value of the rules.....
What is wrong with you? We give our children 12 years to complete their schooling, from 6 years old to 18 years old. The IEC on the other hand is still failing after 30 years.
It simply shows that there is an underlying problem,to my disappointment, I was unable to vote.I had changed the voting station online, got a message about the new voting station and was excited.To my surprise when I got to the new voting station, my name was not there.IEC is a disgrace and catastrophe.

I don't think is honestly results , in the rallys there was no numbers for the AN. EFF camping rallys come out in numbers then in IEC coming out results ANC coming leading in big numbers. Where came from ? that numbers. look like something not really true.
I first voted in Tembisa whilst i was leaving there now in Norkem Park and voted at Birchleigh North clinic on the last voting, but yesterday i was told to go vote 🗳 in Tembisa how sick in that to drive arnd as if ⛽️ is sponsored.
