Picking Anthony Richardson in the 4th round when the 2 players to draft behind you already have QBs is probably the top 3 dumbest draft decisions I've seen from an "expert"
Chase is a PPR monster. Hill is as well but he’s also very yard and td dependent. Not uncommon to see 4 catches 150 yards and a td from hill. Chase is more of 11 catches for 100 with a td. Still close in points but more opportunity for homeruns with Chase.
@@nerdpolice829 that's an interesting thought process when you consider how much Chase and Burrows get hurt. Reeke and Tua are way more reliable than Chase and Joe.
People love saying stuff like “if you hit on Achane you win the league”. Wrong. You win by getting studs in rnd 6+, not 1/2. If CMC is a stud, cool, that’s what you paid for, you got retail, not a sale.
I'm new to Fantasy but am I wrong for thinking Worm could have selected, Higgins, Mclaurin, Pickens, etc. in the 4th round and still get Richardson as a QB in the 5th? The 1 and 2 spot already had QBs.
If you are new to fantasy and picked that mistake up, good on you, these “expert” drafts are good just to see more or less where ADP’s fall…..you see bad picks from them all the time
say what you will about Chase over Tyreek but Worm’s draft fell off a cliff when he took a QB at the 4/5 turn when picks 1 and 2 already had QBs. could’ve had Higgins
This exactly! Was it the right move? No. But I certainly don't want to publicly draft with people picking apart my every move all while keeping the conversation moving and making sure you're creating content. So what? He made a small mistake in a mock draft. This is what you sign up for if you put yourself out there as an expert though.
@@WoundedDuckify Appreciate the understanding, it's hard to be perfect when also hosting the show and keeping everything on schedule 😂 Folks are correct to point our Richardson was a reach but I appreciate you recognizing why it happens
Appreciate the understanding, I do love Richardson this year but I'm thankful for folks who understand sometimes when you have just a few seconds left on the clock while hosting the whole show it doesn't go according to plan
Just finished my draft. I was 8th pick (of 10 players) in a 14-man full PPR league. How do you guys think I did? Drafted by round: 1. B. Robinson (RB1) 2. J. Taylor (RB2) 3. Mike Evans (WR1) - I'm highly relying on Evans for continued production this season, so fingers crossed 4. J. Hurts (QB1) 5. Z. Flowers (WR2) - Michael Pittman was 2 spots away from falling to me, otherwise woulda snagged him. 6. G Pickens (WR3/FLEX) - I think MANY out there are severely underestimating Pickens this season now that Pickett is gone. 7. G. Kittle (TE1) 8. D Montgomery (RB3/FLEX) - I was surprised to see Montgomery fall to the 8th, think I made a steal here 9. B. Thomas 10. D. Hopkins 11. C. Williams (backup QB) 12. Jets Defense 13. Elliot (Kicker) 14. Josh Palmer I didn't plan on going heavy RB this year, but with the way my pals drafted most went heavy WRs first 2 rounds. So imo I made a smart risk For week 1, I have Thomas, Hopkins, Palmer, and Williams on bench.
Wild that Pacheco fell that far. I'm drafting on ESPN, and he's ranked at 16 overall. He's almost always gone mid 2nd round, and in this draft he falls to mid 3rd.
What I don’t get… if WR is plenty… wouldn’t it make sense to go hard for top 3 backs? Since talent falls off fast at that position? I have 2nd pick, and I’m really thinking I should go Bijan or Breece
@@alfredodavila3223 my league is 2, with one flex… but regardless of format… productive WR are throughout the draft… just seems to make sense to grab the position that has scarcity of top talent
@@jasond5592 bellcow rbs are definitely scarce nowadays. But the reason for that is two-fold. Its a passing league now (hence your argument plenty of wrs) but also the running back are way more susceptible to injury. A lot more volatility year to year with rb ranks so ppl prefer to play it safe with proven wrs
What is the fascination with Garrett Wilson? Why does he deserve to be a 1st round pick? He has been mediocre the first two seasons, and no one knows what Rodgers can do anymore, especially coming off his injury. There are other options more deserving to be there instead of him.
Hes had 1100 and 1000 yards in his first two seasons with zach wilson at QB. You dont think rodgers can take him to 1300 and 8 touchdowns? Thats a first round WR
@@BushidoughHe’s a generational WR prospect in a offense as the #1 option . There is no one to challenge him . McBride will be 2nd option as the TE in that offense
@@bleezogottidagod he’s an elite prospect but not generational IMO, Calvin Johnson is generational and I don’t even think he was being drafted no where near that high. Yea i get what you and others are saying, just can’t take a risk.
Brock is a TE 3 in fantasy rn and 7th round is pretty reasonable for him. Fitz literally hit on every single pick other than Zeke and and taking place over nico. Everything else was perfect.
Rate my team (Picking 9th in a 12 man league. Snake draft). QB - Caleb Williams/Aaron Rodgers RB - Barkley/Henry/R.White/Chubb(IR) WR - Nabers/Cooper/McClaurin/Sutton/Bri. Thomas Jr. TE - D. Shultz/Conklin D/SP - Dolphins
Stevenson pick in the 5th is rough. NE o line is horrendous. Reports are it is shockingly bad. Even Nick Zylak, a NE homer said it's really really bad. Avoid Stevenson unless it's screaming value (7th)
They sometimes like to stick to the fun players, kickers and defenses are often viewed as boring. But I think ideally they'd be thrown in for mocks too.
It's because you shouldn't ever draft a kicker or defense. Grab a handcuff rb until the season starts in case someone gets hurt, and then before week 1 you can just pick a defense with the best match up available
I'm sorry I don't get the kittle love. Every year it's the same thing...o this guy has so much upside and he's being disrespected. No he's not. He is so inconsistent. Sure you might get a 30 Point game but then the next 3 weeks he's under 10 PPR points. That doesn't help you week to week. People need to stop looking at his total stats and actually look at his week to week numbers. It's been happening for years. He's not worth the pick
the hyperbole around Achane is insane. "If you hit on him, you win your league". yea...no. There is no indication anything will be different this year, besides they added another RB they said would get playing time Lol. Everyone talks about Mostert being hurt, how about all the games Achane missed?
Flame me idc. Pats team is…garbage. Way too much risk. You’re saying you know your RB2 is for sure gonna miss games. Walker is the same. Last place in that league.
