In 15 months of towing a 3t boat I’ve never needed manual transmission feature, tow mode with adaptive cruise and it goes up and down hills with ease…. Turn off lane centering as per the owners manual and towing bne/mel/bne easy as… although I only have one turbo on my v6, must have missed out! Lmao
What happens to the comfy ride when you put some weight on the tow bar? I hear that this vehicle bounces (like a roo!!) worse than the Ranger when towing a caravan!!
Maybe you should tailor your review to the target market for this vehicle. If I was going to purchase a 3.5 tonne tow vehicle I would want to know if it had a full size spare and a minimum of 6 point TPMS, preferably 8 point for the vehicle spare and the trailer spare, which would also let me choose a dual axle trailer.
Hey guys when testing the platinum ute just throw 25 bags of sand in the back - 500kg, do the drive thru bunnings. It’s only harsher because it was designed for weight, try it man, just do it. Beautiful vehicle the Everest

have 2016 everest titanium with 3.2 engine. had 3 engine stops and lights like a christmas tree, sips oil, and some electronics just doesnt work anymore. cant be trusted for long rides. 50k km. have 2014 toyota fortuner 3.0 d4d, doesnt have any problems except the steering wheel feels heavy, the leather seat is not comfortable. but it still feels like from the factory even after 100k km
