I think the only corner I’d be okay with for the Bills is DeJean because he can also potentially play safety and McDermott would love him. Other than that we are taking the best WR on the board. In this scenario Brian Thomas is in range so I’d think we’d move up

@@AdamReeder he's coming off a broken leg and has bad ball skills. we had 2 all pro safeties and an all pro corner and we never got anywhere so how does adding a rookie safety coming off a broken leg push the needle for us.

Fanbase usually knows more about their team needs than these national media pundits who do a general spread draft. I notice these pundits place big name players to certain teams then fill in the rest accordingly.

Agreed. He looks SO small to actually be a good run stopper to be able to stay on the field for all three downs. And that was in college. The NFL are only bigger, faster, stronger, and better O lineman. I think Micah Parsons is starting to spoil some people into thinking undersized guys having the ability to be full time edges in the NFL. Parsons is the exception, not the rule. I like Chop, but hes not complete enough as a prospect to warrant a first round pick. Prove me wrong, but sorry.

They've got corners, but safeties are lacking. Not that they should necessarily go after one in round 1, but it's a position of need

​@@dominicpancella3012if Dejean is available in could see it as he could do both. The positional value and likelihood to retain safeties after rookie contract is low though. So a higher value position is more likely if there is someone the Bills rate.

@@MichaelHarrison-kj8qr Drafting Penix at 13 is just really early, even though I do really like him. It's not drafting scared it's drafting smart. I'd much rather trade to #3 for Daniels if we want to chase upside. If 13 rolls around and Fuaga, Arnold, or Mitchell is there and we go for Penix, it will be a mistake. We could trade back to 17-20 and pick up an extra 2nd round pick and let Penix fall which I would be fine with as well.
