I never knew Adler was an affiliate owner and a coach, I like him even more now!

I giggled when he said, "we get some heat in Montreal so I think I'll be ready for Fort Worth".

No one is talking about him repeating this year. He’s one of the favorites for sure!

Need body language expert to weigh in on Dave’s movement during Adler’s event questions

Adler forgot about the 1 mile swim + 3 mile kayak from 2022! That was over an hour.

Glad to see Dave back at the helm. A real leader bringing integrity and realism back to CrossFit. Big respect to Adler. Love the guy. Watched him over here in Dubai lay waste to everyone.

I think there’s going to be a triathlon type event for the outdoor portion. Other athletes have mentioned similar workouts and Dave gets a little smile or squirms in his chair 🤔

Haha don’t count the teams! I’d say more individuals than 3 have a sub 5 minute mile.

That was so far the most educating one as far as knowing ones schedule throughout the year.But again isnt this something Crossfit should officialy do through their channel and not Dave in the airport on in his barn?
