2024 GasGas MC 450F Factory Edition Intro | New Frame | Bike Test Review 

I just got a good deal from a buddy on a 23.5 GG 450FE and I’m typically a Yamaha guy, so I didn’t think I was going to like this bike. Well, I ended up buying it cause I was impressed with just how easy this thing is to go fast on. I’m a 45 y/o Vet B guy and this thing really blew me away. So smooth and easy to ride. I could immediately get another 2 laps out of my arms (mind you my current bike is a ‘22 YZ-250 two stroke, so it makes me earn it!). The old frame doesn’t feel that bad to me, but this is also my first Austrian bike that I’ve owned. The fit and finish on these things is pretty awesome. The guy I bought mine from upgraded to a 24.5 KTM 450FE and he let me ride it back to back with the older frame GasGas. I honestly couldn’t tell a difference on this Texas dirt that I ride 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just bought a new 2022 GasGas 450 (only 20 hours) it is the best bike i have ever ever ever ridden. Its definitely more suited for a vet rider, but it's fast and the most linear power band I've ever ridden. Just a nice well rounded bike

Would you still get a after market ecu if you had a factory edition? Or not because of the new tuning app?

My question is, barcias been struggling on this (new) bike but he’s running the 24 frame? Why isn’t he on the 24.5 frame like chase the bike is out customers have them? Look how amazing prado is doing on it! And Tom Vialle it’s definitely an improvement

Ive been eyeing The gas gas for about a year tbh...im a Honda guy and i have no issues with Honda at all ive just been doing as much research as possible and i keep coming to this machine!

I love comparisons and listening to test guys a ton, but comparing these factory edition bikes with triple clamps, wheels, exhaust, and now the easy mapping changes (engine braking and throttle sensitivity can make a bike feel way different in corners!) just doesn’t seem apples to apples to the standard 2023-2024 bikes they’re comparing this new frame to…. Some of us are scientist/engineers/rocket surgeons, and it feels a little early for us mere mortals to think that’s we’d hardly notice a difference in a bone stock base model comparison of the 2024 vs the 2025 bike (not the FE editions compared to standard models). I know this is all they’ve got to compare to thus far, and Keefer puts hundreds of hours in a year so we know he’s got a great feel (I do over 100 a year myself as a hobbyist racer), but it just seems early to think there will be much felt for us normal C-B guys coming from the 2023-2024’s.

The engine breaking mod is huge!! So cool. With it completely down??? Does it comes close to KR ‘s loose clutch?

So its a cheaper KTM with a KTM price tag?

Great bikes but first thing to do is dump that air fork. Spring conversion 100 times better. We should get a discount for missing springs 😂
