Hello sir! I'm back again. Now I'm torn between geely gx3 pro and chery tiggo 2 pro. I'm leaning towards tiggo 2 pro this time due to lower price after cash discounts and warranties and aftersales that comes with it. Is geely gx3 pro that good compared to tiggo 2 pro even with the above-mentioned reasons? Please help me decide sir. I would really appreciate it. Thanks
I think definitely yes. It may be true Toyota reigns in terms of parts availability. However, after sales can be an issue to Japanese brands as well. My opinion is, impact on Chinese brands might be much heavier compared to Japanese brands due to ''reputation'' and our perspective to Chinese brands.
did a test drive on this, I'm a little bit disappointed with its acceleration given it has a 1.5L, wigo 2024 can easily hit 0-40kph while this one its a bit slower in hitting 0-40kph may be due to its body weight. I tried the 3 modes eco, sport and comfort, even sport mode acceleration is too slow. but In fairness, when it comes to tech features, and comfort, it has a bit higher score compared to wigo.
Great vid and review! I guess due to inflation car prices from all brands are getting higher and they tend to remove some features to make sure that pricing is still justifiable. Kodus to Geely for introducing this budget friendly model. Hopefully this does not follow the trend of the Emgrand which is now creeping a hair shy of a million pesos.
same tayo. geely sa looks okay na okay pati interior wow. compared sa mga big names na medyo madamot sa magandang interior at tech. pero yung mga issues nila na naglalabasan malaki talagang kasiraan yun e. lalo na if nag start palang silang gumawa ng name sa PH tapos may mga ganun.
Isolated case lang po yun. 2 years owner here and had a warranty claim on my delearship Geely Sta Rosa and processing was smooth until my issue got fixed. Hindi lahat ganon experience. Sana lang hindi na generalize. When it comes to performance, hands-down Geely is one of the best having able to drive several jap brand as well, Geely is up there.
We got the gx3 even after the isolated issue❤ i read reviews from ACTUAL geely users and most had superb experiences with their cars. We have a montero and vios, our montero was splattered with acid by random street haters and mitsubishi took around 6 months to fix the issue. No one bats an eye if it’s the known brands lol. Before deciding, we checked out Geely’s preformance in other countries and was pleasently surprised with some using their units for 10yrs or so. We dont listen to naysayers tho. We just bought what we want based on what we experienced (test driving, testimonies from friends who actually have the car, reviews from other people -the pros and cons).
