Things I do when I want a different cover…I have a collection of clear plastic covers (purchased from cloth & paper) and I used quality card stock and cut them down to fit the size of the planner. The card stock goes right under the clear cover and then I have my own cute cover. Hobby lobby sells really nice thick card stock for $2 a piece but it’s often 50% off.
I don’t even go that far, I have the clear covers & I rotate old months out (or to the back of my planner), so the current month’s divider becomes the “cover”. New design every month 🤣🙃
Super late here , but love this video!! So super helpful.. I’ve been wanting to get into my planning/ planners more & more than likely switching to the Happy Planner , so thank you for this ! Oh & new subie here 🤩🫶
I, really like your planner, I need help my planner is a mess. I finally found someone who organize a planner how I want mine to be. I, retired and in college, i looking for a way to build my planner with a budget section, and still have my college class sectioned of. And the home section works for me. I, have a question is it best to build mine before my class start in January, i get a happy planner in Big or keep my classic style. And rebuild my inserts?
I love the line up!😊 I feel Happy planner has too much Disney! I’m not a Disney fan so that limited the options I could get. I too also did not like a lot of the covers. I’m curious as to what the undated winter release will look like. Hopefully not a lot of Disney and Pride stuff.
I love your lineup! Ours are actually pretty similar. The Simply layout is a WalMart exclusive. They have a mini this year btw. Most for 2024 are Disney themed, though. Looking forward to seeing more garden and planning videos!
Thanks for sharing, Ashley - I love seeing how others choose and use their planners, since figuring out my yearly planner lineup is one of my favorite things to plan! The big plan for all the plans :) Thanks again.
Hey Ashley. Thanks for being very detailed. I have struggled with setting up my planner and I end up not doing it. But I would love to get back to it. This is the first time I’ve seen such detailed explanations. Thanks ❤😊
I was very underwhelmed with HP’s fall release, so I’m still trying to figure out my lineup for 2024. I found nine outdated planners at hobby lobby for $40 total, so I will be redating and creating some sort of a mishmash frankenplan with those. Most of them were 18 month planners, so tons and tons of extra pages.
This is great! I really like how you use the monthly planner layout. You've given me a LOT of ideas. I'm also a Happy Planner girl but I haven't settled on what I want to do for 2024. Thank you for all of the help!
You should really try a hemlock and oak. They are amazing. I really hate happy planner any more and usually don’t watch videos that involve hp but I love 2024 lineup videos. But anyway try hemlock and oak or go getter girl.
@@Colourmeash you can buy inserts from them and add your own disks they come in half letter and classic size. Because I think of hp as a starter company hemlock and oak way way way better paper better paper and goal setting in 1. I love them.
I did HP for 2023 and loved it, was looking forward to the 2024 collection but the letdown was epic so I decided not to use HP for 2024. I have decided to try other discbound planner companies in my country and support small business.
Thank you for all your thoughts and inputs on how you use your planners! I absolutely appreciate you! However, I am super disappointed with the new releases! It doesn’t seem like there is a lot to choose from. Disappointing
Girl, I feel the same way about HP latest release, so I was also not sure what to do for 2024 because I’m also a HP girl. So, I’m willing to try other companies. I decided to go back to the spring release, you and I have the same taste and feels in planners. Just found your channel, new subbie here.
