When rev matching I think you should let the clutch out fully, not holding it at the last mm of clutch engagement. I find it quite easy to do on this bike since the clutch is set quite far out.
Actually I later noticed that the plastic license plate frame cracked due to vibrations, I bought a new one, put some sponge under it and it is good now :)
Thank you! Yes correct.. I think I never fully open the gas.. maybe for a split second only. It's still a bit too much for me, especially 2nd and 3rd gear
was the buzzing sound really from the plate holder? i've been seeing reports of it ranging from the keyhole stuff to a pair valve. sounds like an annoying thing to deal with.
Yes key hole and plate holder vibrate as well from my experience. The passenger pegs also have a small loose spacer on the bolt that I managed to fix with a rubber band. So now I have less buzzing.
How are you almost never using the clutch when shifting? Is this whats called Quickshift? Not familiar with it. Are you still shifting with your foot or is it automatic?
