@@callmebon appreciate the info I needed another reference point..I talked to a car dealer recently and he said the credit market was crazy high even for tier one credit..they just gave a guy 8% with a 790 credit score..that sounded crazy
I haven’t bought a new car in 13 years and I found myself very overwhelmed with all of the great features this car has to offer. This video was SO helpful, because you included examples of how certain features could be useful. I’m subscribed and looking forward to learning more about my new car! Thank you!
Great tips and tricks - keep them coming!! Here's one to share - I was going crazy trying to figure out how to increase / lower the GPS voice volume of Apple or Google Maps without lowering / raising the music. Finally figured out that if I waited until the GPS was giving me an instruction and at that moment hit the volume +/- button it would only impact the GPS volume.
Pro tip: if you're in a situation where you get out of your car and then you realize you forgot to roll the windows up, take out the physical key ( _see_ 15:16 ), insert into the keyhole and turn twice. Be sure to hold the key in place on the 2nd turn until your windows have reached the desired position
My 18 plate Ford Kuga can use the fob to both open and close the windows. Global open/closure. If Ford has been doing it all these years, idk why other car manufacturers don’t take up the feature? 🤷♂️
Love the Brake Hold feature. It's been saving my knee fatigue since 2017. It's a feature like heated seats that once you have it, you look for it on your next car purchase
Best video by far! I’ve already watched at least 30 videos on features… i thought i knew it all but this video showed me so many helpful things. This should be the only video you watch.
Great video for a new 2025 Honda CRV owner! I still can't figure out how to set the seat, but I think there is a video on it that I need to watch. Thank you!

Great video! Sometimes I don't read the manual for the CR-V for the features I need to know. I just purchased a new 2024 CR-V. Watching this video shows most of the features you want to know. I like this video that Justin is showing. Thank you!
I feel like people always talk about the safety features either positively or negatively and there's no in between. People want them or they hate them. I'm so glad to know they have different settings so that I can benefit from them without them being overly obnoxious.
Great video. The tips are explained step-by-step but are still demonstrated quickly. The chapters help users navigate between tips. I also appreciate the context behind why you might want to set a setting a certain way.
Garage door opening tutorial would be helpful…Thank you!

Would love a newbie explanation on how the engine(s) work, the different ways regenerative braking occurs, best mode to use in different circumstances, using the paddles, etc. Thanks.
¡¡¡Wow!!! Love your video. We just got this car a few weeks ago, and I was starting to read the manual, but I was getting so confused 🤯 Thank you!!!!! 😊🤩
I have a 2023 Hybrid and this works for me as well. The part you touch to unlock the door is on the inside of the handle. The 3 lines on the top right of the handle locks the doors. Also if you have programmed seat positions, the drivers seat will adjust to the seat position number that matches the number on 1 of the 2 remotes.
Just brought a 2024 CRV. Had a 2017 previous CRV. I didn't know about lifting door handle to gain access to opening door with key if battery is dead. I understand you can still start car by just holding dead fob near or pressing the car's start button with key fob, it'll start car. I had it with my 2917 CRV. Assuming it also on the 2024 CRV. Haven't tried it yet. Thanks for showing all the cool features.
Incredibly useful. I got a CRV Hybrid loaner and played around with all these features. Now, we're trying to figure out if we trade in our Civic now or wait for the '25. Never wanted a car more than we want this CRV.
Just bought a 2024 CRV 3 days ago and am overwhelmed with the features. (My last CRV was a 2006) Loved all the information, but would love information on Apple Car Play.
I'm so glad I ran across your channel and saw this because we have a 2020 honda Accord and a 2024 honda HRV I knew the HRV had some features, but never did I know the accord had the same cool features
Excellent video! I love how you sped it up, squeezing in more content in less time. The ability to open all doors via the handle is crucial, I've been frustrated by not being able to. Thank you! Question, would you happen to know if there's a way to program the car to go to Accessory mode and continue playing music, after turning off the engine?
Found out with remote start once you get in the car if you touch the gear shift before hitting the ignition button the car will immediately shut off. a nice added security feature.
"We're gonna scroll across here and go into vehicle settings." I don't know why, but the part where he says that is like my favorite parts of the video lol
We're coming from a 2004 Accord to the Sport Touring. Didn't realize we were buying a computer on wheels more than a car. This video answered a bunch of questions without having to go through 700 page manual. Would like to see a video about using 2 iphones in the car at the same time.
An excellent video ... Thank you!. I have a 2009 CR-V and I hope to soon have my new Honda Pilot. The technology has changed a great deal so videos such as this are really helpful.
How come Android Auto sometimes is nowhere to be found? It doesn't happen very often, but it's usually when I need navigation and can't find Android Auto anywhere. Very frustrating... But good job covering a ton of material in a short time! Thanks!
This was an awesome and informative video. Would you make a video explaining the Dm and Bm. And the (- and +) and how to use them properly. Im making the purchase on the Honda CRV hybrid sport today and I don’t have a clue about this feature.
Grabbed a 2025 CRV. Does not accept a text. Using Android. Nuthin' in the manual. Gonna swing iver to your channel to see if it is a separate episode Meanwhile: Thanks for this and all other videos. Great content. Right down to biz. And your work in post shows thru. Thanks for all of it. Cheers!
Very cool list, thanks! Happen to know any trick to get a less cluttered view in the infotainment for the home screen? While driving without the desire to be entertained, I just don't like seeing all the options in the home screen and would prefer to just see the clock for instance. In other vehicles, something like that actually is the home screen but seemingly not for the CR-V. Is it just that I'm stuck with turning the display off?
thanks, nice video. I own 2023 crv, can you explain more about the Economy/Normal/Snow drive features. i know they sound self-explanatory but I am still not sure when is the best time to use economy vs normal drive. thanks
Hey Justin, this is the first video I’ve seen of yours about the 2024 CRV and I really appreciate everything you had to offer I wish all videos were this and informational and got to the point this efficiently Great quality, great dialogue thank you! I had one question about wireless CarPlay and the AI adaptor you mentioned. There seem to be many on the market, including the one you have linked in your comments. I’m in Canada, so I can probably find these cheaper with Canadian dollars I can link diversion in US dollars But I’m trying to figure out how do I know it’s for my car, a 2024 CRv hybrid touring Some say, they require a wired CarPlay, others seem to convert wired CarPlay to wireless, and then there’s the one you have which I’m not exactly sure is designed for wireless CarPlay, does both, or something else? But it’s very cool and very affordable, so I’d like to try it
So there are some boxes that simply make your wired car play wireless. Those are usually pretty cheap. But that's all they do. There are then other boxes, like the one I show. It does require carplay to exist, but it essentially converts your head unit into a tablet. For the one I was discussing, I believe they will provide you a list of vehicles it works with. If not, you can email and ask.
