Crazy this only has under 100 likes and is the first full walkthrough of nearly every screen on the infotainment which provides so much more details than every other generic walkthrough. Would love to see this done on the Limited version, so we can see how the full camera setting screens work, split screen options, etc. 100% would love that!
Thanks for this walk through, now I know why my car sounds like it's running inside when it's off. On another note, something I find odd, and it might be able to be adjusted is the display color, the widgets are all dark, to include the map widget, almost like you would have it in dark mode, have you found a setting to change this or is this the darkness of the widgets? I'm not talking about when using Andriod Auto or in Map mode, just your home screen using the widgets. Thanks for any information you might have.
Estes acabamentos sao melhores que o kona.....mas que se passa com a transmissao????....tenho sabido de alguns problemas ao ponto da transmissao ter de ser substituida na totalidade....
Check the inside of the rear doors (where the door latch is on the door itself). It might be a small black switch that you change for child lock on/off. That's how many cars work but I don't know 100% for the new Santa Fe.
I just purchased the XRT and it does not have the upgraded instrument cluster. According to the Hyundai website that is available on the Limited trim and above. XRT's is the same as the SEL shown here.
The Calligraphy has the nicer cluster and more features within the infotainment. The overall layout will be the same but more features will be found within the menu's.
Notice how when you’re on the radio screen that shows Sirius XM it doesn’t show you what song/artist is playing, stupid design imo, you have to click on the song itself bottom right to go into the “now playing” screen and it’s super cluttered. Terrible design.
Thanks for a great detailed video - please do another on the Calligraphy model. It's sad that we don't have all the features that you enjoy in the USA here in Australia on the Calligraphy :(
I saw in a different video you can do more than change the colours of the speedo and tach. There were two different graphic options and each option had the selectable color choices. But I suppose that's on the 12.3" gauge cluster
Nice suv was considering buying one but to me the most important technological feature is the transmission , few days ago an other you tube channel they bought a Santa Fe ,the transmission lasted only 20 miles...not good! should concentrate on reliability and not bell and whistle, guess be looking at other brands
@@rrr8945 that DCT was a defect. they have hundreds of thousands of vehicles with that wet DCT without issue. And they got it replaced lickity split. I ordered a hybrid, so it's rocking the 6spd TC auto
thats the least of there problem, bad engines blown at 15-20k ,know for electrical issues ,just look at scotty kilmar comments, worst car manufacture period.i beleive him....but i will wish you good luck in your purchase@@andrewsbbq
@@andrewsbbqThat’s the primary reason I’m looking at the hybrid,I just don’t want to chance it with the dct, plus I’ve 111000 trouble free miles on the tried and true six speed.
Your reviews are great! I did see 2 features that may not be in the USA, but perhaps you know. I skimmed through the comments already posted and didn't see anything. Does the Sante Fe has a "car wash mode" and "passenger talk" mode. Please respond if you're familiar. Thanks
When using CarPlay for nav with Limited, does the next directions show in the main digital cluster, like BMW and a lot of other brands do? (Not talking about CarPlay 2.0 which isn't available on any cars yet).
I don't believe the full graphics will display in the cluster (map) but I believe the directions (arrows/distance) will show up in the center if that menu is selected in the cluster.
When gas is low, than an icon color change, does it do the standard ding sound and some notification saying low screen like all other brands, other than Volvo which didn't in new models for a while until they finally updated the software to do so.
I don't know anything special that needs to be done for that. Windows up and pull through. If you need to put the vehicle in neutral, use the shifter to do so.
@@CarsMadeSimple thank you I did have an issue with The vehicle last time I went through, fortunately the attendant knew what to do, but it was tricky, I cannot recall what he did and I need another wash.
