We have a 2020 RAM 1500 Bighorn 4x4 5.7 Hemi. This pulled our trailer from North Carolina to South Dakota. I would prefer a heavy duty truck, however it worked. Thanks for watching!
We have the 2023 Jayco Whitehawk FB26. We love it. I agree about the hinges on the small open upward drawer fronts, they are terrible. Wish they had hinges that held them up/open. One other thing we did not like was the mattress. We replaced it (But, I think that is the case in most RV's). We haven't had any issues with the oven, thankfully. I love the fact that on your 2024 you have the soler panel control in the bedroom and how your fridge opens from both sides. We would definitely buy this one again.
A suggestion, no way could I deal with the trash can there so what I would do is cut half of the shelf out that is located under the sink. Seems you have a lot of storage and may not need half of the middle shelf (just a suggestion) from a fell rvr
Front Kitchen's have a very heavy hitch weight. We are buying the FR Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS. I just purchased a new F250 and got out of our F150 because the dry hitch weight is 1000 lbs on these and that doesn't leave any room for cargo in the truck after you have 2-4 people in it. Be careful, be safe total payload of your vehicle is very important. We feel that the fit & finish of the Rockwood was better than the Jayco.
We believe it’s because of the slide on the bedroom. We have had fun with the doors doing circles and a way sometimes to get out of the way of each other. Thanks for watching.
No plumbing or electrical per say. But we did have some problems either with water heater. Also we have had some problems with the thermostat not always reading write.
