2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Review, Adding a powerful Hemi V-8 makes it even better.
The Jeep Wrangler is easily the most recognizable vehicle on the road. The seven-slot grille, flanked by a pair of round headlamps, has remained fundamentally unchanged since the Jeep was a military-only vehicle built to save the world for democracy. Everyone knows that a proper Wrangler is built to go anywhere.
Beyond that, the ubiquity of the Jeep has spawned a massive aftermarket dedicated to personalizing these mass-market vehicles. But Stellantis, the corporate parent of Jeep, has long recognized that giving customers plenty of choice right from the showroom floor helps to keep some of those customizing dollars in the company coffers. The 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 is perhaps the ultimate example, as the window sticker in this test example rings the registers for $95,945 - nearly triple the figure one might spend on a base-model Wrangler.
The first thing you'll notice is the bulging hood with an air scoop, with the digits 392 on either side. While the Rubicon label on the sides of the hood has long signified the most capable factory Wrangler, the addition of the 392 reveals the epic 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 under that hood. The standard LT315/70-17 BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires-if you don't speak metric, that's a 35-inch tire-wrap around dark-finished 17x8 beadlock-capable wheels. The look is aggressive.#cars #topcars
