As soon as it's released in the US I'm going to go buy one. I've been waiting for 13 years to buy a new vehicle and this is the nicest hybrid SUV that I've seen yet. It looks a lot nicer than the 2024 Santa Fe too! I can't wait!
Forget about ordering a Kia in Canada. I ordered mine in March and found out last week that Kia has canceled all outstanding orders. One dealership in London Ontario had 43 cars canceled. I was told I would have to order a 2024 and they would not be able to tell me if it was going to be made. I went and bought a Mazda instead.
I am considering purchasing the Sorento 1.6 HEV 4x2 215 HP (171.5 kW) gasoline model... I drive about 10,000 km per year (I don't reach 15,000). You might obviously ask why I don't opt for other models? The answer is simple, I like this car. I know very well that it weighs as much as a blue whale and that SUVs, according to many, are unattractive. But who cares, I like it. So the question is only about the fuel consumption, which, according to KIA, is around 6.7 liters / 100 km (combined cycle) and the engine power (not sure about the total Nm). Feedback? Has anyone by chance tried or bought it to give an opinion?
Ohh no, TV set there too instead of normal car dashboard, seems like somewhere unknown store spreads TV sets faround the world for free to almost every car manufacturer. Its a really nice Car, looks good but dashboard like foreign object, ugly.
That was done to give both the 2nd and 3rd row more room, but the way I see it, the 3rd row seats are a "Just in case" option, and will be folded down the whole time for me.
Nobody seems to care about the real things, like cost of ownership and repair issues. Its just all bling bling, oh how shiny , look a the light that glows, what a bunch of bullshit.
My 2018 sorento just hit 100k not a single problem. Only maintenance. Has a better warranty than Toyota and Honda. Its time to throw in the towel... kia is 🔥🔥🔥
