22mpg on the highway is insane for all the technology they put in, new engine, all electronically controlled and etc, just for comparison my 2008 Navigator with 144k miles from NYC to Niagara- all highway i got 19 and 20 mpg at 70mph, i checked it twice back and forth. Just for FYI in the city- NYC driving im getting 10-11mpg, all stop and go, no more then 25mph since speed cameras are everywhere AND i drive with very light foot. But im happy because my previous car 2003 WJ Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 was getting 7-8mpg! I know crazy but that car was like a rocket it was impossible to start slow :)))).

Good job Mike, I'm a Cadillac guy but these are right there. I just prefer the look of the Cadillac, I love the car no problems 44,000 miles. Very nice looking interior,but I think people will hold out for 2025 because everyone wants that 36" glass in the dash. I do like the real buttons & knobs .

Been there. Serviced my Continental

I just purchased a 2019 Expedition Limited and I absolutely love it. It’s more rugged/utilitarian than luxury but it’s still really nice. I’ve never been inside a Navigator but I’m not sure if it’s worth the HUGE price deference!!

In 2017 Lincoln also came out with my favorite American luxury car the Lincoln Continental. I love my Continental, looks great, rides great, very well put together, does not feel cheap or phoned in, elegant high end design. Not that I take my Continental out in the snow, but Also has all wheel drive, full glass roof that opens. I wish Lincoln kept making that car, sad they have no cars at all now, very sad. I am not really a SUV type, but the Navigator is neat. I have test driven it many times. when my Continental goes to the dealership for it's yearly inspection and service, I take the Navigator. Yes, the Navigator is A little over the top but great design inside and out. It is still a "big box", but they did a great job making it look good and ultra comfy/luxury. I hope one day they bring the Continental back. We need at least one sedan, tired of SUV's and crossovers. Mike, Great review, I remember your Continental review.

Very nice road barge. I’d be hella comfortable in it, I’m 6’8”. We have a 4Runner and sometimes can feel uncomfortable but maybe one day I’ll buy us a 3rd gen Sequoia.

Omg that New 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is Sharp! . I have a feeling pretty soon the Navigator is going to get a Face Lift or a completely new Model. Growing as a kid in the late 80s and 90s , my Parents always did Ford products ( Mercury)and my Grandparents did GM. But i remember being at the Lincoln Mercury Dealership seeing how beautiful the the Latest Models were. The Town Car and the Continental. But by late 90s the last Generation Mark VIII was one of my favorites it was Sharp. Its good to see Lincoln is going in the right direction Nowadays.

They build those in my city. Louisville Kentucky has two plants that make the trucks and cars out here.

It's definitely a beautiful car, but I would still be paranoid about taking longer trips. Knowing that a simple part like the water pump, which tends to fail, is buried inside the engine and is not only time-consuming to replace but also makes high-mileage models a total loss. In terms of visual appeal, from exterior to interior, the Navigator wins. However, in terms of engine and components, I'd choose the Escalade. Despite both being unreliable, it's much easier and quicker to get a Cadillac back on the road. But like always if you don't care driving foreign car Sequia is on the top of the list.

Would love to see your reviews on cheaper cars like Mazda CX50 or 70 (here in the Netherlands the only offer the CX60.

I own a 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum but keep getting this clunking sound here and there when accelerating/decelerating, I am assuming its gear shifting is probably not as smooth. Does this frequently happen in the Ford/Lincoln products?

Bought one for my wife. So wanted to love it but she hated that truck so much. Roof leaked. Touch screen was junk. I can keep going. Traded it in on a Denali. I’m a ford guy but Lincoln isn’t even close.

Range Rover has a program like Black Label. It is over 200K without any upgrades. I switched from a 19 Navigator to a 23 Range Rover.

First thing that's screaming "profit margin" is the door handles. Huge fan of the reliability but that's for the Expedition not this. Interior does hold up well I'll go there but no follow me mode or headlights that turn with the steering wheel or rear touch screen or specialized Lincoln key fob that's over the top or a glove box that says "$125,000" on and on. If this were a hybrid drive system as the Ford F150 already has going on a couple of years now as is I think are the other Lincolns that would definitely show commitment to putting the boot to the next of Escalade et al. As it is for this one off super size market Cadillac and Chevy Suburban has so far survived the onslaught from both Expedition and Navigator but I expect Ford to really pick up their game this Fall 2024 Model Year 2025 absolutely starting with Ford Explorer and presumably carrying over to Ford Bronco refresh. Ford as pure play Das Auto definitely has the most to offer of anyone as a single Industry player but I'd be holding off until the end of Summer to see how Tesla Cybertruck ramp plays out before taking the plunge on any other 6 figure at the moment. Even motorcycles are ridiculously overpriced with a lot of work need doing although they all have picked up their game...and I mean "all" as foreign badges start to flood the US market. I wonder why the design language between the nautilus the aviator, and the navigator are different than Nautilis interior is way better than the two large SUVs, and three models from the same company but the styling just doesn’t match the navigator is nothing but a expedition with an upgraded interior

It's plenty to like, but much to not... Don't care for piano black, float flap screens, the cluster screen should be the whole space instead blanks on each side, mostly the cam phaser mess, in my small world i know too many waiting for parts over month or longer one of them on year old 10k miles Navigator, this would be wonderful with 3 or 4 liter diesel option... I like the rest but the engine would be my biggest fear unless i love Ford that much and have plenty money to not give dam if it breaks

Lincoln needs to up their game and offer more interior and exterior customization with additional colours and materials. The competition does.

Road trip, reaching backwards into your ice chest to grab another bottled water when you don't want or see a spot to stop = 15 useful seconds of semi autonomous. My Kia did this. Mazda doesn't, but it makes up for it by being a blast to drive. Mazda *can* do it, but they have the software very locked down and it only will guide you back into a lane, not stay in the lines for you (except in traffic assist, stop & go, low speed).

Yes Lincoln does know how to do luxury. But as you spoke of... the styling is dated the back exterior is blandbut interior is on point. The other GM brands excluding the Suburban... have better exterior and interior. My opinion.
