hey, what do you think if i buy a 2024 model as my first car? Im worried that its not practical

@@roy4552 depends on how much of practicality you need. I’m 24 and get by just fine. Keep in my family already have vehicles so I don’t need to share or car pool. It’s good on insurance, good on gas, same cost to maintain a Mazda 3.

@@roy4552a car that gets you to your destination reliably is very practical. Having fun is a bonus. Mpg is incredibly good, too

Do u care if it is an ND1 or should I stick to ND2

The MT doesn't have adaptive cruise in the US

New steering rack has changed the feel in my opinion. To me the steering felt much heavier compared to my 2023 GT. So I prefer mine. In addition I didn’t notice any other differences except the suspension also felt much stiffer over imperfect road surfaces or bumps. Of course I am comparing my ND 2 which is the 2023 GT RF. I can’t see any big differences if the driving dynamics at all. Actually I like a softer ride and lighter steering better, the center console is a bit deeper but not much. The digital screen is a bit bigger but the screen for reverse is about the same size and remains grainy. Poor resolution. Overall this new Miata is about the same to me but I like the older ones better. Oh the price is higher. The model I drove was a 2024 GTRF manual. The MSRP was over $40k. Mine was about $37k. So the price has increased but it’s not a better ride in my opinion. I think it’s hard to improve on something that is already great, if it’s not broken don’t try and fix it.

I agree. I think Ben tries to publish way too many reviews and winds up not being very thorough in any of them. He needs to focus more on quality and less on quantity.

What are the similarities and differences in driving

I'm older & have driven my 2016 MX-5 soft top for 6 plus years in 4 season weather. Really enjoyable cars to drive.

Wireless is brutal. I prefer wired android auto.

@@smstnitc reliability and stability of Bluetooth connection. Also Bluetooth fighting with someone else's mobile device. Also Bluetooth sucks.

How is ND3 steering vs ND2 and 86? Im about to buy 86 PP or ND3 w Brembo

@@sunnyvalentino I'm still waiting for my ND3, but GR86 vs ND2: GR86 has a bit more steering feel and it was easier to drift (no roll). But ND2: much much better engine and exahust sound, better throttle sensitivity, no rev hang (GR86 had it), easier to heel and toe, better gearbox, and the most important more fun on the street that the twins (light weight + topdown is a hard combo for smiles)😎 pd: ND3 will have better steering than ND2👍🏻

Did the steering lighten up at speed, or was it unnaturally heavy? And does it have the same road texture through the hands as the ND2?

Touch screen works fine with Android Auto. I think I saw an option to enable touch screen for the stock interface too. I'll have to double check now.

‘Cause the car sounds better with it. Removing it makes the car sound not as good.

cuz im deciding what new car to get. a 2024 miata or 2024 civic type r. obviously theyre both way different but i like both. i havent test driven these cars tho.
