@@cptndave1 compared to how much fun cars 'used' to cost and a buget that anyone needs to alocate for, what it is really a 3rd car(2nd at best). edit. used - the past tense of use 🙂
Hi, thanks for getting in touch, it is great to hear that you are loving your Mazda! If there is anything that we can do to make your experience with Mazda even more enjoyable, please let us know.
keep it exactly the same way for a few more years until i go to work(I'm in Uni rn) and would be enough to buy one! True blue sportscars like these are precious and too rare nowadays. And kindly keep the prices in check too. LY Mazda :)
Not much has changed on the new version but arguably there isn't that much that needs changing. The good thing is it's still being kept in production in these day and age
Hi! Not massive changes, but really good upgrades to the look and feel of the car. Subtle exterior changes include a new LED headlight design that now incorporates the daytime running lights, while the rear LED lights have also been redesigned. A new Aero Grey paint colour has been added to the MX-5 line-up. As before 2.0-litre cars feature a front strut brace, limited slip differential and Bilstein dampers as standard. However, the 2024 MX-5 features a new Asymmetric Limited Slip Differential - a cam mechanism has been added to the conical clutch, which is lightweight, compact and highly durable. The cam angle is set differently for the deceleration and acceleration side, thereby achieving optimal limiting force of slip during both actions. Strengthening the slip limiting force when the unloaded rear wheel is lightened during cornering enhances stability, moreover tuning the slip limiting force and optimising the set up for the MX-5’s engine, suspension and tyre characteristics ensures the purity of handling balance the MX-5 is famed for. Drivers will also notice upgrades to the cabin of the MX-5, as inside there’s a new larger central 8.8-inch touch-screen multimedia display and an updated instrument panel. The bigger central screen allows for clearer navigation mapping, while the more advanced MZ Connect system helps user functionality. Additionally, USB-C ports have been introduced. Have you driven one?
@@mazdauk Hi! I appreciate your detailed replies. I've driven the 2023 model, and these subtle changes seem to make sense. Please keep making this car in manual. There are still a lot of us that enjoy driving their cars rather than the opposite.
