Whats new on New Duke 390?
KTM 390 Duke is a street bike available in only 1 variant and 2 colours. 390 Duke price starts at Rs. 3,10,520 in India. The KTM 390 Duke is powered by 398.63cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 45.3 bhp and a torque of 39 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, KTM 390 Duke comes up with anti-locking braking system. This 390 Duke bike weighs 168.3 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 15 liters.
KTM has finally launched its most potent and advanced 390 Duke ever. This motorcycle replaces the older model in India and also around the world. It sits at the top of the Duke line-up in India and is the most expensive motorcycle under that brand. The bookings for the bike can be done at the KTM showroom and also on its official website. The deliveries vary based on the city.
This new 390 Duke has received the most comprehensive upgrades ever in the styling and performance department. The Austrian brand has reworked the overall aesthetics of the motorcycle. It gets an LED headlight that looks wider than before, and the boomerang-shaped DRLs seem much more aggressive. The fuel tank shrouds, too, seem more prominent and protrude even further. The tank design has also been altered, making the 2024 model look even more muscular than the current generation. It has a new split-seat setup, wherein the rear subframe remains exposed. Overall, the 2024 KTM 390 Duke looks more significant than the 2023 model.

With respect to the performance, the new 390 Duke gets a larger 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This motor makes 44.25bhp and 39Nm and gets a six-speed gearbox. The bike is also equipped with a slipper clutch and quickshifter. KTM has added even more rider aids to the 390 Duke, such as launch control, ride modes (Street, Rain, and Track), and a five-inch TFT to monitor all the parameters. Other features like smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call and music control are also available.
This new streetfighter is built around a new powder-coated steel trellis frame. The suspension duties are taken care of by a pair of 33mm USD front forks with rebound and compression adjustability, while the monoshock gets preload and rebound adjustment. The braking hardware includes a new 320mm front disc with a 240mm rear disc and dual-channel, cornering, and Supermoto ABS. The brakes are mounted on 17-inch alloys wrapped in Michelin tyres.
The new KTM 390 Duke is available in two colour options - Atlantic Blue and Electronic Orange Metallic. The only bike that could compete with the new 390 Duke is the BMW G310R, the only premium liquid-cooled motorcycle in the segment.
