You can do this because other than injury you get little from preseason and a lot of misinformation from rookies. You are more often better off not seeing the rookie QB lighting it up for 200 yards in a half, it might say something but more often they play like a rookie the first 6 games.

I disagree with the patriots bengals analysis. You might want to play them early in the season because burrow always starts off the season very underwhelming (I’m a redskins fan so there’s 0 bias here)

chargers raiders week 1 is a classic and very tuff to pick. as a chargers fan, I think the raiders have the more talented team rn, but we have the more talented QB. I also think harbaugh will have the guys well prepared. I do think raiders defense gives us problems early on tho. Arguments can be made for both teams, but gimme my chargers ⚡️⚡️⚡️
One thing that Harbaugh has everywhere he goes both college and pro is great relentless defenses. Chargers win this and will be in the playoffs this year.

@@noland7827 There is a lot of outside hype about JJ starting, but I doubt we see him much this season, if at all. Kwesi has been really clear that they don't want to rush him in a ruin him. Also folks forget that Darnold was a 20 year old 3rd overall pick with much more hype than JJ. Darnold has 6 years of NFL learning and experience head start, and might even be more talented than McCarthy. If the Vikes are the perfect situation for a rookie QB, then aren't they also a great situation for a comeback QB too? Even better than the Bucs for Baker, or Seattle for Geno.
@@ericgarrison3569 Giants do have a pretty good D Line, but the Vikes OTs are both excellent. Darnold is pretty good in the pocket, and folks forget that he was leading the league in rushing TDs for half the 2021 season - ahead of all the RBs in the league. Under-estimate Darnold if you want, but he has never played with a roster and play caller this good, and played behind much worse O Lines with the Panthers.

As an eagles fan, I completely disagree. To just overlook or say GB is not beating Philly is just flat out wrong. Green Bay has an ascending roster, and could go deep this year. Don’t be surprised if that’s a shootout, and our defense let us down.
I agree I think this will be a beat down. Philly was beat up last year and will take out all of last years frustration on GB in the opener. I’ll be shocked if Philly don’t win by at least 17
