Honestly before the Detroit Takes I was thinking what an amazing overall mock but... Detroit is stacked defensively like it's ridiculous on the right side even they have Seider and ASP Which basically set up the top 4 on that side .. MBN was the pick or another great Winger but definitly not a D no disrespect but 100% was a mistake on that one but still Amazing mock overall

Great job as always Top Shelf! Keep up the great videos. You mentioned Chicago can afford to wait for Demidov. My take is that while the Hawks may take years to be a playoff team, I feel the GM Davison will try to accelerate the process in the next year or so. Remember, Bedard is still on his ELC. Let's see how many free agents they can sign. Right now it's not a great destination.

Good point. My guess is that Kyle Davidson will figure out how soon Demidov can play in the NHL and then take it from there. I want the Hawks to take Demidov because I feel he’s going to be the next great young Russian talent in the league (along with Michkov) but if they don’t grab him they’ll probably grab Saliyev or Levshunov. Unless by some miracle they can convince Celebrini to tell San Jose to pick someone else.

True. We have some excellent offensive minded defensemen but lack a true shut down penalty kill expert. Silayev would do very nicely. Kid is huge, fast (for his size) and plays a physical game. This guy will crush everyone in his sights! Everything Verbeek likes!

Lmao you are the second person tonight to mock Jiricek to the wings and i honestly have zero idea why. The wings literally just signed ASP, Gibson and Buium to ELC’s in the past 2 weeks. Mo, Simon, Albert on the big club. Wallinder, VIro, Tuomisto in GR now. Drafted Cleveland in round 2 last year for some reason, Anton Johansson a right side project. Makes zero sense to me. Gimme Hage MBN Greentree if Sennecke isn’t there.

@@NathanLum depend the profile of the player why looking after a player who's basically never played or few games in midget as a winger to badly want to make him a Winger whileyou can have natural talented wingers not every players have success to make positioning transition plus Not sold on Hage and also MBN screams Yzerman's type of player he check all the boxes : physical, hard worker, highly competitive, perfect complement player in the top 6 as a winger on the right side where basically you only have Raymond as a sure thing Lol well, MBN all night long

Nah, Sabres wouldn't take Catton. They took Benson last season and they're similar players. If Yakemchuk is there, they'll grab him. The top 4 there are all LHD and their dmen prospect depth is weak.

Depends on how the next couple years go. If the Hawks don’t progress and become more competitive…then not long. If they start to get more competitive and the young talent starts to flow in (Nazar, Moore, etc) and he finds some chemistry and he starts to get to know the city/culture more and loves it in Chicago he’ll probably stick around. Also depends how much money the Hawks can throw at him vs others
