yes, Nissan Kick is the best, even if you go to a province without elecricity as long as you have ample fuel, you can get home. I just hope they make more cars like this but powered by hydrogen, because Manila or the Philippines is not yet ready for pure battery powered cars, When are we gonna get charging stations,? Auto service centers, okay, but if you are distant from them and you need to charge, and you're in a far province, what then??!!
yes that's true. up to how many kilometers d e car can reach b4 it is exhausted? not all provinces or towns has charging stations. the fact that Phil's. is now running out of power supply e cars add more to our power shortage in addition to e bikes or e trikes. i still opt to use gasoline fuel engine cars than e cars.
Why get kicks? City Driving - sobrang tipid sa gas. Manila hell traffic. 12-15 km/l. Di mapapagod paa mo dahil 1 pedal lang gagamitin mo. Exempted dahil sa EVIDA law Country Side - mataas ang torque dahil nga electric motor ang gamit. So di problema ang akyatan. Then pababa dahil sa regen braking. parang libre na ang "gas" mo. Masarap i drive talaga dahil nga electric motor ang nagpapaandar Why not kicks? As mentioned masyado "simple ang interiors" at bitin ng konti ang ADAS compared sa ka segment nya na sasakyan
It may take 3-4, years, or even 5, based on how it went with e power version in PH. The new one is the ICE model, so outside cosmetic, it's still an inferior model until it becomes an e power variant which is not coming out in the PH anytime soon. I don't think the waiting time is worth it, specialy if you are looking for a car now. And if you are looking for a different model/ brand then the kicks having a new version in the US becomes irrelevant.
i just did a research, EV mode is using whatever remaining power of the battery. no charging from generator, not sure if regen braking still works in this mode though.@@Unborn8436
Actually for me the EV button has no use. It's just a way to force the ICE not to charge. But once the battery goes down to a certain point,. The EV mode turns off. The difference is really just you don't hear the ICE much turning on. But wether you are on EV mode or not, it drives the same. Only the electric engine moves the car, and the combustion engine is just a generator for the battery.

The Kicks is getting so old. 2016 pa yan. But I guess they had to dump them here or other countries like us. We're Nissan's last priority. Nissan Philippines is so incompetent, selling the crappiest Nissan cars here.
