They beat Minnesota last, 31-13 it will be closer but UNC finds away to win. They lose to Wake Forest, as Wake will be better than most think, Duke game is a toss up, but I THINK UNC get that win.

Like the prediction, only because it's what UNC needs. Things you overlooked, different QB who makes explosive plays, with talented RB's and receivers. Defense has plenty of talent, and experience. Problem with UNC is mindset, and that starts at QB. One of the best seasons for Mack Brown at UNC coming, 9-3 maybe 11-1
Some advice ... When you analyze your teams schedule, you have to understand that your opponent had a game prior and has a game after. Ex/ NC plays FSU "after" FSU plays at Miami and "before" FSU has to go to South Bend. This is a "sandwich" game. This is how upsets happen. Everyone makes the same mistake, btw. But when you look at your own schedule figuring out your opponent, know that they played someone prior and are playing someone after (perhaps looking ahead). That being said, North Carolina finishes 8-4 (or better). And, they upset FSU.
As a Charlotte fan, this game might be interesting at UNC because we play James Madison at home our first game. Interested in seeing the turn out, especially with big transfers & a new quarterback that transferred from Florida as well.
Agree 100%. Tar Heel fan here but absolutely have no faith in their football program. I don't believe Mack is a good coach anymore. No excuse for not building a great defense and good offensive lineman.
I am going to be the lone voice of descent based on the schedule I say 10-2 at worse Omarion Hampton will have a Javonte Williams eske season along with Connor Harrells legs I think the only team that will beat us outright on the schedule is FSU. I do think Unc might lose a game they shouldn’t against either GT or Duke but due to the shit Dorien said in the offseason there is no way Unc loses to state this year.
Mack Brown had to rebuild UNC for a second time. The donors and everyone else were up in arms after Fedora, and Mack rebuilt the connections with HS coaches all the way up to the Wine and Cash boosters. That said, when he moves on, I hope the next person hired can continue building on what Mack put back in place again.
I do think that UNC takes several steps back based on not having Drake Maye but also the ACC teams have gotten better. NC State has become a darkhorse ACC contender. I do think that they beat Duke because the Blue Devils have lost both their coach Miek Elko and QB Riley Leonard. I'm thinking 7-5 best.
Dude is looking at it all wrong. Marquise Williams dominated pretty much every team on that schedule, and Connor is an improved, and younger version who is gonna enjoy a nice win streak
