That 1st SEC road trip will be hell. Auburn will open with 4 straight home wins. Tigers will be nationally ranked. Fans will be feeling the best they have in years. uo will be auburns 5th straight home game. Could be in for a rough game on the plains.
Another Blow U fan talking about the past. If you’re looking at the past, why not look at the entire history of OU v Texas and see who has the most wins? Better still, let’s look from this point forward.
@@earlesteinberg5647Another donghorn fan talking about games before statehood 🙄. Let’s consider that OU won .500% of all b12 championships in football. Texas does less with more and OU does more with less. Let’s call a spade a spade and let the team’s play on the field do the talking. Speaking of which, 34-30 in case you forgot! It’s called CURRENT bragging rights & the golden hat resides in Norman, OK.! 😂🤡
Shorthorns! Donghorns!😂 Though obvious perverted nicknames, these are great weapons against arrogant Texas for SEC fanbases. More than just other SEC teams, a big adjustment for both Oklahoma and Texas will be the antics of SEC fans.
@@rickrhoden1 😂 Yup! Watch & learn! I’ve already picked up a few things from SEC fans and y’all’s banter with each other. We’ll adapt in time & vice versa. Thanks for having us, though. We’re thrilled to be amongst peer programs and looking forward to that southern hospitality, great games, and fantastic venues!!! Should be one helluva season!!!
Missouri plays Alabama the week before they play Oklahoma regardless I do see that game going either way but whoever wins will win by two scores I'm excited to watch this game
Technically no back to back road games is helpful. However there is a road game then a neutral site game for back to back games though there is a bye week in between the games. At best I see 10-2 or 9-3. At worst I see 6-6. I would be stunned if they didn’t make a bowl game.
Tennessee, Texas, Ole Miss, Mizzou, & LSU are 50/50 games. Loss likely to Bama. I know a lot of OU players are very excited about playing LSU in Death Valley. And they have the talent to win that game. Hopefully, they’re not too banged-up by then or, if they likely are, then hopefully the competitive depth behind the starters don’t have too much drop-off.
Tell us you don't know shiit about OU football without telling us. No way OU loses to Mizzou or Ole Miss. Hell, I don't see us losing to TX or Lsu either. I love everyone sleeping on us & ridin TX nuts. Don't try to ride OUr bandwagon cuz the Sooner Schooner is full
You guys truly have no idea who you invited to your conference. OU has had more sustained success than every other team in the SEC sine WW2, with the exception of Alabama and that's close. You are lucky you are getting Venables in year 3 of a complete rebuild. 8-4 is the floor. By this time next year you will understand.
@@stevejohnson6248Amen, brother! Boomer!!! Alas, SEC homerism is a disease. Wasting your time I’m afraid. And this particular debate is largely dependent on how healthy OU can stay during the season. With OU’s 1st team starters, though, I like our chances!
