Thanks for this video. However i feel you did not review the car but you were looking for what is bad and your feelings about it. Please do justice to aid us consumers in deciding over key and important issues when buying.
Giving it only 5/10 feels harsh imo, especially since two of your three biggest issues can easily be dealt with. Beeps and safety features can be turned off, buyer can choose a different colour. Plus vele mo real life I've only seen it in black or white. For that price, I'm getting a low mileage 2023 T-Cross R-Line
I went to look at a Omoda car recently and apparently they've improved the car. The one I saw is the lastest I think, because the steering wheel was smaller and compact, and it had the Omoda branding as opposed to the Chery. I feel like you were too hard on the car, that you didn't fully review it and let the audience know what the car offers before giving your verdict .OMODA brings vehicles of another space to the present, along with the advanced design, future technology, and different crossover ecological experience, which breaks the conventional order of the real world and foresees the future in advance, and creates a sense of cutting-edge technology and belonging for the new generation with its own characteristics. If you're not into advanced tech, it will come across as overwhelming. I personally was impressed with it, I think we should just give it a chance because this is an entry level smart car, which offers so much. But then again, different strokes for different folks.I agree that the colors may be a little too much, the one I saw has a shimmer black colour, the one next to it is shimmer white with red accents, I like the black one more. The car may have a lot of features, but I like them, I like how convenient the features can make someone's life. I did feel like the plastic on the furnishing of the car is flimsy, and that it will get worn out quickly- it looked like it scratches easily. The sunroof doesn't completely open, it opens halfway- not too happy about that but I am willing to overlook it. I wish I knew how to drive so that I could test drive it but I plan to take my boyfriend with that he can test drive it😂 but I do see myself buying this car, I like it
Entry level at 400k? This seems like a very paid comment. I honestly have no issues with the car, drove it twice and it let me down. That’s it. You can buy it, so yeah. It’s just not up my alley. Remember, I won’t like all cars. You guys expect honesty from me, and when I give honesty it’s a problem 😂 it’s not a bad car, I just don’t think it does the Chery brand justice.
I have to agree on the point that the Tiggo 7 and 8 look and feel more luxurious and seem like a better offering . I personally will go for them over the Omoda 😅

It's like you love hip hop so you rate all house song 5/10. More research could have been done by getting opinions from various people and also comparison relative to price range and other car's in it's design ranges. Otherwise, love your channel.

Chery jumped the gun. It wasn’t necessary for them to fit in all this tech when they’ve not sorter the mechanical side of things. A car must be functional from a mechanical perspective before anything else.
Clearly different strokes for different folks, I like the front, the back for me looks like something is missing, they can't have round front and sharp back end, they must choose which theme they must go with, driving from behind this car I was like yho, it can be cheeper...nothing luxury about that back...Tiggo8 Max makes sense as luxury car...you right...and probably Omoda C9..

These cars are not sports cars though. I have driven the C5 before, I agree that it is not as luxurious as one would expect but at that price it is better than the competition. The safety features are jarring but you can switch them off, which most people do. I am also not a fan of the looks of that specific Omoda but in black it is a stunner! In essence, this is the coupe version of a Tiggo 4 Pro. Taking that into consideration, its a big jump from the 4 pro, but a 7 pro would be a better purchase but for me it looks a bit too serious.

I like the exterior. It's got a futuristic touch to it. You can never mistaken it for anything else. The color is good. Already drive a car with a similar color . The interior however let me down. It's so misleading. It's got a low budget feel and thats not what was implied by the exterior
From experience, i don't advise anyone to buy Omada 5. the interrior looks good, but what good is it if the enetertaintment function don.t wiork properly. it has soooo many issues including some that raise saftey concerns.If i could go back and noty buy the car i would. i have bougth so many brand new cars in my life and Chery is by far rhe worst purchase i have made anmd i would niot encourage anyone to buy ione unlwss hyou wnat to waste your money.

Honesty this was a terrible review on your side, I am looking at that car and the price and specs and I believe you are reviewing it harshly for the sole fact its Chinese.
I love big rough-looking cars but this is beautiful, I'm enticed; for some people, less is more, and for others, it is the opposite. If this is the soft life one wants to be in every day, good for them and this is THE car to get. I love the many functions and options, which for me, as a person who wants comfort and features since I am always driving (which kids), it would definitely give a great experience. The price is AMAZING.
Honestly, I would have at least given it a 6.5 out of 10, but a 5, that is way out, as much as you do not like the looks, I think for the price and features, on that alone, it should have increased the score, but I like what you do, I bought a Tiggo 7 Max and I watched your video, it is honest, but I think on this one, you could have given it one or two more...
300k for a chery at its cheapest or 300k for a Mercedes Benz c180 with way better interior sounds. This car looks beautiful but it probably won't run in good condition when it hits 250,000 on the the miles

"it looks like a cactus" is one of the reasons why we are not getting the Cybertruck anytime soon... as South Africans we are not ready for the evolved futuristic look of cars and automotive manufacturers have noted our reluctancy to new designs as one of the toughest selling points 😆
The C9 is the best looking Chery product for me so far since technically Omoda is a Chery. I wouldn’t buy this car purely based on looks. E befile bo maseve I’m sorry 🤷🏿♂️ but I’ll commend it’s CVT, it’s one of the better ones. Can’t be worse than the one in the Toyota Corolla Cross.
Die kar ga e tlhakane struu, is not make sure. I'd consider a tiggo 4 or tiggo 7 because they look better than this car. I don't like how they designed that wireless charging bay. Omoda could do better in terms of the design. I wish they could have mated the engine to a dct transmission instead of a cvt
