2024 Pick A Pile ✨What’s Coming Up? 

Ooof pile 2 called me out and called me in! The exact energy I’ve been feeling lately and my focus has been on more compassion for myself and others 🙌🏾 also along with “let them” I recently heard the concept of “nobody’s home” which is similar but basically a reminder that not everyone has the same capacity or abilities to be say empathetic or considerate or whatever else. There’s no point continuing to knock on a door and expecting a response when nobody’s home, sometimes you just need to move on to the next house 🤷🏾‍♀

I am shook...pile 2 spot on, on so many levels! 2 days ago, said "Let them" (watched Mel Robbins podcast about that months ago) about certain people . Love this so much! Everything so true for pile 2.

pile 3 - DAMN! you went deep into my shit. my guides have legit been sending me guidance on how to deal with the money coming in and you broke it down exactly the way I needed to hear it. It's a totally different feeling with my nervous system spending amounts this big and I needed to be told AGAIN to work on myself so that I'm able to handle it. last year they prepared me by getting rid of almost everything and everyone in my life, and moved me to a new state..I stopped smoking weed, stopped drinking, stopped eating sugar and most meats, started drinking more water and doing regular cold plunges.. all preparing my body and nervous system to remain in a state of calm and peace.. it's not only the negative challenges that can spike our nervous systems, but also the positive abundance hitting all at once after a loooooong dark night of the soul. thanks for always being you and confirming the messages for us

Omg Chris, I picked pile 2 and had to laugh when you started talking about Mel robins and her “let them” theory. I listened to that podcast a few weeks ago and it’s my 2024 mantra! The more you spoke the more it all resonated. So thank you! 🙏🏼

Pile 3 and this resonated so much for me, I’m also a Sagittarius ♐️. This year I have felt so much expansion/transformation. Suddenly feeling called to meditate, question my belief systems and find the underlying trauma or event that built them, changing behaviors and thought patterns that don’t align with me, listening to my inner guidance system and trusting my voice, letting my mask fall and finally meeting my true self for the first time. I’ve asked the universe to remove literally everything and everyone not meant for me and with haste so I can invite everything in alignment with me in (I went through a prompt and unexpected breakup right after that). I’m establishing these foundations and I know something big is on the horizon and I’m being prepared to properly see it and nurture it when it arrives to me. I’ve also been called to create, to move towards movement, art, writing, etc, which has also come out in different reading and signs in my daily life.

Chris, I adore you! You are SO right on. I picked pile two, and it could not be more accurate about my work experience and then finding myself getting frustrated and righteous about stupid shit (like people, not knowing how to move through the line at Costco for gas!) And the addiction to healing treadmill. Just 1000% accuracy, so helpful to have the perspective, to see and also laugh at myself! Being called out by you is so liberating!

The anger comes from somewhere, if not realized where is from, anything can triger. Is not always about empathy, but self aware and to know yourself. We are not saints.

Chiming in again to say how right on you are about the addiction to the chemistry. I’ve been in this brain rewiring program for a little over a year and a half now because I had some chronic challenges and it’s been so transformative because we address the underlying stress chemistry, and all these different pathways that we perpetuated in thinking and perceiving and acting, etc. and 100% the other day I was like this is just another way, (getting angry at people in line for gas at Costco for not doing it the efficient way but I see so clearly) my body is just trying to get this old chemistry and charge.

with the way I've been eating popcorn these days (for the first time in like years), I knew pile 3 was for me. Omg this resonated so deeply. Thank you for this. 🍿💫

I got out of there when I was 15 amd moved into my grandparents house. It's was a very good move. We still had some yelling and fighting during the holidays with curtain people. But it was a good move. And what you are saying and about moving forward and what could be coming up spot on. I mean I am looking to move closer to my brother. But also I had nominations to take up a position now where I live to be a member of the community council. MEL ROBBINS! I picked pile two and I took Mel's course last year and learned about the "let them" philosophy... I have also evolved it to "let myself" be wherever I'm at too. I have just learned about Human Design, you should look into it. I found it incredibly guiding and affirming. Now figuring out how to expand or elevate myself past this physical/ financial limit is the true question/ path.

I just got engaged 6 months ago so we are wedding planning now and looking at buying our first home this year.
